Hello Everyone

Thanks for the welcome Andrea, congratulations on going back to WW meetings.....wish I had meetings close by, but I live in a small rural community and there are not WW meetings here. I am not wanting to make the drive to find a meeting right now so I'm doing ww points at home with materials I obtained couple years ago. Even dug out my old electronic points calculator and put fresh batteries in it.

Getting psyched up for the Challenge

We can do this.

Yes Andrea, there is a WW meeting that I went to a few years ago, I have all those
materials and so will try with what I have, if I don't see some results then my thought is to go to "l" meeting and pick up the latest materials.

I'm in..

My goals:
1). Stop snacking at night (esp those boxed 100 cal snacks) & thinking it won't hurt (instead eat fruit/ yogurt/ veggies, etc).
2). Exercise @ least 30 mins/day - walks outside, treadmill, stationary bike, videos (I have it all!) Days of rest: Sundays & Wednesdays
3). Journal all eating/ exercise for tracking progress
4). Stop weighing myself daily (put scale in closet - weigh in is on Sundays - 152.6 this morning!!) because unfortunately when I cheat and the scale doesn't say so, I think it's OK & it encourages me to cheat again (then I realize that I could have lost more than I did; or the scale doesn't say it but my jeans do
5). Find an alternative for emotional upset (boredom/ lonliness) - like walking, crocheting (I like to do that), reading.

I'm a weight watcher... I'm a weight watcher... I'm a weight watcher...
