Hey guys,
What's up andreaphilip3? I'm hoping that tomorrow I can get back OP with NO problems. I have my brother-in-laws birthday on Thursday but I am going to be good. I want to lose this weight. I have to be good!!!! You enjoyed yourself today I hope? Well tomorrow is a new day and you have all week now to fix it back up. You are weighing in at home on Saturday this week right? Try to maintain if anything. That's my goal for next week, to maintain.
Hey Rose, Christian how's things with you guys?
Welcome to the rest of you ladies that have joined us. Can't name you all right now I have to go get ready for work but I'm glad to see you here and hope to get to know you better.

kim you are unbelievably supportive! ty!!
im ok i did enjoy myself. wanted no regrets thats why i didnt choose chicken salad or anything like that bc lets face it its just as fattening. im ok as far as 'after' goes. i ate my planned dinner and very small breakfast and will be fine now. i refuse to let whatever the scale says tomm bring me down more like last time. it just p's me off that ive been struggling and was still holding 3 of the 'second' 4 from last time. yes im wi at home thank god. and thank god i have use-able tickets for when i wi next weekend. as of today i was 150.4 and i was 152.2 when i wi at the meeting.
im really getting ticked at having ticked at having to work out for hrs a day though i can tell you that much. i mewan work is work i know you cant snap wt away, but seriously god forbid i should lose anything on like 1 hr a day. im sorry for whing.....

Well, I did it! I drank 140oz of water today! I'd like to get in another 10oz before bed.. so I would have drank a little more than half of my body weight!

Hey guys,
It's now 5:45am and I'm here at work puttering about waiting til about 6:30 am to do my round. I just watched a program on TV about a bunch of people wanting to lose weight. It's almost like BL but Canada style....LOL It's called Taking it Off. I watched the tail end of one show and the misses on it looked absolutely fabulous after she had the weight off....THE ABS!!!!!!! After that one the start of another groups weight loss started and I watched that for an hour. It really got me thinking.......If they can do this so can I!!!!!
What's up andreaphilip3? Glad your not letting your food choices get you down. You'll do fine in your weigh in. If you were already down when you weighed yourself yesterday you should be down no problem on weigh in. I believe you when you say it hard.....it seems it's harder and harder every day that goes by....Have a good day today and I'm hoping I will get back OP when I get up. That's the plans anyway..!!!
pgray1229....you're making me want to pee!!!!!!! I don't think I could drink that much water. I get usually 80-100 ozs in and I'm ran off me feet going to the bathroom.
What's up with everyone else? Post and let us know.
Kim

Good Morning Ladies!
pgray, now that is a LOT of water!! I thought the same things as nibs.....I'd be either drinking water or on the pot all day if I drank that much water. Good job!
Great attitude andreaphilip. How close are you to your goal weight? The closer you get the more difficult it becomes to take it off. Hang in there.
Glad to see all the new faces. Welcome everyone.
I had my meeting yesterday and am down another 2 1/2 pounds. This puts me over the 20 pound mark.
Today's a new day!

Morning!
Wow, Zhai---20 POUNDS DOWN!!! Gratz on THAT!
What an inspiring group--thanks for letting me join!
The flu is gone as fast as it came on. Actually, it made it easier to rein myself back in and I stayed OP all day. Breakfast and my first walk are done for today already and I'm hoping for the whole day to be like that.
Onward! Ipa

Hello Nibs, Rosegarden, Christian and anyone I missed, have a wonderful day
pgray wow 140 oz of water is terrific, do you feel like your floating?
andreaphilip3, you got thru your challenge yesterday, you were aware of what you were eating and making choices, hopefully the results wont be too bad and today is a new day
Quest_2B_Thin to the October Challenge
I got my water in yesterday and did my journal but went way over my points,
what's up with me I went shopping and when I got home I had to sample
everything I bought.
This morning I started with 3 glasses of water and determination to stay within my points.

Wow Lynn - that is fabulous!!! Congrats!!!!
I was so munchy yesterday but I stopped before I used up all my points and instead of dinner, I went to Hobby Lobby for 2 hours and window shopped (well actually, I bought a few small things) and then went home and had a bowl of cereal and was done for the night. All within my points. I was so proud of myself. It was really hard in the afternoon too.
Today is a better day but I guess I better go start my water huh? The day started at 5:30 a.m. and I've had two large travel mugs of coffee. Time for some better stuff for my system. I brought lunch and dinner so I should be OP again today. I really am doing well (even if I am patting myself on the back).
GO Nibs, Novie, Andrea, Ipa, Lynn and pgray (and anyone else who I can't see from this page)!!!! You're all doing so well. Keep us posted and check in daily. I love seeing you all here

Novie - gee, thanks for the wonderful welcome .
SW - congrats on that great loss!!
I had a great OP day yesterday and used all my APs, thank goodness I had them. I tell ya, at this weight it's not hard to get anywhere from 4 - 8 each day. I think I can sneeze and earn 2 . I have decided to wait on the weight training, at least until we get back to Vegas for the winter which will be in about 3 weeks. I'm going to focus on getting in regular cardio workouts and finding places to hike without snow! I did walk for an hour yesterday and plan to use the elliptical trainer this afternoon for the same amount of time.
Positive vibes to us all as we continue on this journey.

Hi andreaphilip3,
I'd like to join you and the others in the October challenge. I lost focus back in June and gained back about 14 pounds. In September I regained focus and am now working my way back down. My personal challenge for the month of Oct is to:
Walk at least 25 miles total
Do at least 10 FIRM workouts
Attend a WW meeting weekly
Lose at least 5 pounds for the month.
Today is the 4th and so far I have 3.5 miles in and 1 Firm workout done. I'm looking forward to hearing about everybody's successes.

Hey guys, how's everyone doing?
I have been in a slump for a week now. AHHHHHHHH!!!! Just had to scream and let it out. I am hoping to be back OP by the end of the week. I have a family birthday tomorrow and a wedding on Saturday or I will try my best.
Kim
