Happy Labor Day!

boca burger sand 2
iced coffee 1
soy nuts 1

macaroni w/tomato gravy, meatballs & pork 10
salad w/lt dsg .5

snack:
bite of ice cream 1

total 23.5

exercise: only a stroll, knee is better but not 100%

Hope you and your knee are surviving Laurel. What happened?

Morning (5)
oatmeal - 2
cof - 1
turkey sausage - 2

Midday (7)
salad - 0, hardboiled egg - 2, cornbread - 3
popcorn - 2

Evening (18)
1 glass of wine - 2
trout appetizer - 4, veal in sauce - 6, pasta w/ bolognese sauce - 6

Total points: 30 - 5 activity = 25
Exercise - very little... slow walk about 3 miles total.

laurel: girl, are you alright? How is your heart (sorry to hear about your friend ) and your knee holding out?

Take it easy today, you'll be in the gym again soon, but please ice your knee and maybe work on arm weights or something?
