b: puffed wheat, bran, apple (fresh good!), almonds, milk 6 coffee 1 sl reg ww tst 2 L: boca burger sand 2 iced coffee 1 soy nuts 1 d: macaroni w/tomato gravy, meatballs & pork 10 salad w/lt dsg .5 snack: bite of ice cream 1 total 23.5 exercise: only a stroll, knee is better but not 100% |

Morning (5) oatmeal - 2 cof - 1 turkey sausage - 2 Midday (7) salad - 0, hardboiled egg - 2, cornbread - 3 popcorn - 2 Evening (18) 1 glass of wine - 2 trout appetizer - 4, veal in sauce - 6, pasta w/ bolognese sauce - 6 Total points: 30 - 5 activity = 25 Exercise - very little... slow walk about 3 miles total. |
