Guten Morgen. LM... I know you've been asked this before, but what brand is the lite bread you've been eating that gives you two slices for 1 point? I needs me som o' dat!

Morning (4)
1/2 bagel - 2, Apple - 1, cof - 1

Midday (6)
fish tacos - yes I'm in a rut... 5

Evening (12)
steak - 6, potatoes - 3, veggie - 1, skinny cow - 2

Est. Total - 22 (banked 3 points)

Exercise - 45 min brisk walking - 2 activity points
carry over: (3 + today's 3 banked / 3 + today's 2 activity)
water - 32oz

I like Arnold's light Oatmeal bread, but there are lots of light high fiber breads that come to 1 point per 2 slices. Bring your slider to the store with you.

company, so no eggos for me

dessert, probably not homemade but "store bought" -Horrors
(bought a tart - blueberry and cranberry that i can guarantee is
going home with guests) 4/25

sigh, only thursday.

The one I get is the store brand at Shoprite, but I've heard that there are some others as well.
