kt: its an insignificant gain, it'll be gone by next week and then some!

Laurel - Boy do I love those country fairs... have fun, and I really am going to have to try putting a 2 point sandwich together one of these days.

Katie - you'll get there, just keep the focus like you're doing...

Lala - It's looking good... I'll think of you when I get to Boston and am drooling for a lobster roll, lobster bisque, melted butter... nuf said. So what did we say about mental rehearsing???

(My favorite frozen pizza-it's really, really yummy. If you guys haven't tried it you might want to check it out)!

L: 1/3 Mystic Pepperoni Pizza (9/13)
(My favorite frozen pizza-it's really, really yummy. If you guys haven't tried it you might want to check it out)! This one also counts as a dairy serving because one serving contains 30% calcium!

D: 2 fat free hot dogs(4/17), 2 slices lite bread(1/18) & 1 c. skim milk(2/20)

S: 1 ice cream cone(1/21) & 4 tbsp. fat free cool whip(1/22)
