Laurel: Have fun at the fair! Stay away from the funnel cakes! kt: its an insignificant gain, it'll be gone by next week and then some! okay, here goes a better eating day. really. breakfast: coffee mozz/tofu dog 2/2 snack: apricots 1/3 lunch: zuchinni/tomato thing (great minds think alike laurel :))w/nf dry cottage cheese 1/4 salad 1/5 turkey meat 1/6 snack2: soy nuts 5/11 club bar mint (why?) 2/13 dinner: apricots 1/14 chicken breast strips and ceasar salad 4/18 1/2 vegan chocolate cupcake (outstanding) 5/23 snack: skinny cow 2/25 exercise:dog run, gym: cardio and some abs dog walk water: si,si vitamin:si,si |
Laurel - Boy do I love those country fairs... have fun, and I really am going to have to try putting a 2 point sandwich together one of these days.
Katie - you'll get there, just keep the focus like you're doing... Lala - It's looking good... I'll think of you when I get to Boston and am drooling for a lobster roll, lobster bisque, melted butter... :eek: nuf said.
