I lost 1.8 #'s when I weighed in yesterday. I'm walking 1 hours(3 1/2 miles) every evening and started doing an exercise video in the morning!!
Everyone, keep up the hard work!! In the end it pays off!!!

I made 55 lbs total weight loss
The Dr had written a higher weight for me - and I surpassed that by about 14 lbs - So I have decided to maintain (since I have for the past 3 weeks) once I get my ligetime membership I will try to los 7 more pounds - that will put me where I want to be in the end.

I biggest recommendation is drinking plenty - I mean 60 oz or more a day
When I didn't drink that much every day during the week - it made a difference in the weight scale. Sure there were weeks when I gained a small amount - but overall positive loss.
I try to walk at least 4 times a week 1-2 miles outside or walk about 30 minutes on my gazelle (air walker) if the weather is bad.
Staying away from sweets - if I need a sweet I eat one bite of my kids and stop. WILL POWER is the main thing - and the WANTING - I wanted it so bad!

I've started doing that. I make myself a big pitcher of Sugar free Koolaid every morning and drink it all by the end of the day and try to get 2-3 cups of plain water in too. I'm not a great plain water person, but I love the Koolaid. I've significantly cut down on my diet coke consumption to just 1 a day.
Anyway, thanks for the tips. I'll keep them in mind!

exquisitern, you may like the crystal light fruit punch. I never liked crystal light. LOVE the fruit punch flavor though.

Well I am thrilled to report that I have met my Memorial Day goal. I WI today and I am down another 1.6 making my total -16.4. YEAH I am sooo excited seeing as how I never stick with anything and I have stuck with WW for a whole 5 weeks now and I do not have the urge to quit.

Well now I just have to think of a new mini goal.

Ugh! My ticker has changed in the wrong direction. I gained 2.8 according to last nights weigh in. Not looking too got for my goal. I am trying so hard this week. I am not using any flex points until after weigh in on Tuesday night. I should shed my 2.8 by sticking to program. So far so good today. Great job to all of you who are doing well. ---Amy

HI all!!
Selena Congratulations on meeting you goal!!!!!!!!! Woo-hoo!!!!!!!!!! and congratulations on sticking with the program.
Buffalo: I'll have to try that fruit punch, but I love the sugar free Koolaid. I hope I don't burn out on it. I have started sneaking in 2-3 cups of plain water though too.

I lost 1.8 lbs this week. I need to lost 2.6 lbs to make my goal!! I'm going to try and put the pressure on me this week to exercise more. I'm also at the cusp of points and I'm going to go ahead and go down to 24 points and see if that helps. I've got to change anyway.

Everyone have a great weekend!!!! and keep at it!!!!!!!!!111

After a 2 week slacking...I weighed myself at the gym tonight...and I lost the rest of that first 10 lbs I wanted to lose for the challenge. Now I'm onto the next set of 10.

Keep going y'all! One more week left!

Julie: Congratulations meeting lifetime! It is a really big deal.

I am not going to make my Memorial Day goal, I think I keep setting the bar a little too high. I would have to lose 3.4 lbs in a week to get there. On the other hand, have lost 34 lbs so far (NSV), and am happy with my progress.

I would like to average about 2 lbs a week, and am pretty close to that at 1.8888 since starting WW.

Morrigan:
Sometimes I streach my goal higher than I should - but it makes you work for it. You have done wonderful on your progess.
I WI today - first week of maintance and I gained 1 lbs - so I am going to back off 1 point per day and see what that does next week.
Staying around my current weight is my goal right now

Jynical: That's great 10 lbs! Great job!!! Keep up the hard work!
Morrigan: I know what you mean, I'd love to lose 2 pounds a week, but I'm happy with the 1.8 I've gotten the last two weeks, though I think I might get two pounds this week. I was sick over the weekend! lol. What a way to lose extra weight! But I have said and I keep telling myself that I'll be happy even with 0.1 lb gone.
Julie: Good luck at staying at maintenance weight. I look forward to the day I can say that!

Good luck to everyone. I weigh in on Thursday.

Woo Hoo!! I weighed in tonight. Down 3. That really only makes up for the 2.8 I gained last week. Going in the right direction though!
