Congrats to all on the losses. I was down 6.8lbs last nite, which i was very happy about, because for the last couple weeks I haven't been as diligent as usual. I just barely made it in the 350's but I am here, I thought I never would get here.

Great job reign! I weigh in tomorrow night. I've been doing pretty good on the plan and have even been walking about 1 1/2 miles in the evening.

WTG Reign!!!

I weighed in last Friday (I'm a little slow getting here) I was down 4.4 since 3/13 so thank goodness I hadn't gained any. I was a little off with my eating on Friday night and Saturday but I'm doing great so far this week. 3 workouts down and 2 to go!!! WI is on Friday.

Well this week as gone better than most recently... I have been tracking for the most part and have worked out at the gym or some form of excercise everyday this week including my 100 situps at night. My meeting was awesome it was a different day and the woman was super motivating! She lost 120 pounds! So I am pretty excieted to weigh in on Saturday!
Wtg to all the losers and congrats cryket for getting back on track hopefully I am not too far behind. My dress is in and just fit I want it to be big so I have to have it altered! One month and 19 days! I want to be the hottest bridesmaid!

I weighed in today and I must not be doing something right. I was only down .6 My aim was for 2 lbs per week.

I weighed in last Thursday and I had lost 2.8 lbs this past week! I feel great and have been walking up to 1 hour or 3.5miles at a time.
Congratulations on everyone's weight losses!!!

Woohoo I am am back on track girls! and I earned my 25 pound star magnet at the meeting on Saturday! I bought a new strapless dress to wear on my vaction and have post it notes in my car to help keep me motivated! Great job everyone keep it up!
And to the girls not satisfied with the weightloss they had this week...ahmmmm attitude is everything, you lost and that should be celebrated! WTG! Keep you chin up and tummies in and keep tracking!

I had WI this morning. Down -.2
Better than a gain - I thought I did well this week. I am soo close to my ultimate goal it is coming off slow. I have pretty much stayed the same for 3 weeks now. Going this route - my MD challenge will not be met
I have surpassed what my doctor said to weigh. I am thinking of maintaining at this weight for 6 weeks - then getting my lifetime - then going back to losing weight and get the other 6 lbs off.

I officially weigh-in tonight. I slacked off last week...AF was here. But I weighed yesterday when I went back to the gym and had lost another pound. So...we'll see.



Keep up the good work, y'all. And for those of you who aren't losing as quickly as you'd like...no worries. It will come off.

Well I can't seem to get myself back into everything.
My exercise routine is fine but I'm letting myself down with my food choices.
Everytime I think I have got myself back on track I screw it up again.
I'm going to work on one pound at a time and just see how I go.
