Hey all. I am still working like crazy. Everyone at work is sick and now I feel my chest getting tight. If I get the hacking cough that everyone else has, I am going to be mad. One person is hacking and hacking and doesn't take measures to make sure others don't get her germs. I just hate that! And this weekend I sat next her most of the time (had to).

Diana, Are you exercising much? Your lack of inches may mean that your muscle tone needs some work. I know when I take a couple weeks off from exercising, my body seems much more jiggly. I am so glad you are able to post!

Well, better get some work done. I feel so good, I donated a big box of scrap paper to our daycare. It was card stock paper that was printed on one side, so we can't use it. So I loaded it up and brought it in. They were so happy because paper is expensive and the kids use a lot!

Jen nice of you to bring the paper there. I hope my little boy likes to draw
I exercise everyday and have since Jan 1. At least 30 min, and lately I've been doing aerobics, occasionally with weights, I've done tons of situps, pretty much daily. It's not lack of exercise that the numbers aren't moving. I almost wish it was so that I knew how to change it.

Hey, ladies, sorry to be scarce lately.
Diana, I am teaching Grade Two. I have to go back to school in a couple hours, so I have to be quick. I love the position, but things have been pretty nuts lately! I haen't been journalling, and I had a meeting when my WI is on Tuesday. I am pretty sure I am up! Do you have a computer at home now? How are you enjoying where you live?
Jen- How is work going? Are things starting to get better? I hope you don't get that cold. It will be nice when cold and flu season is finally over!

I got the cold. Not sure if I got it from the kids or work tho. We are all sick. And most people I know have gotten something recently, so it is going around. UGHHH. I feel rotten.

Tara, I can imagine your life is a little hectic at the moment. Going from stay at home to work can do that! Keep thinking positive!

I am pretty busy at work for the next 2 days. I have 2 projects to get done. One is 1/2 done, but a lot of work, the other should be pretty easy. But both need to be done tomorrow. And I am sick. Wahhhhh...

My girls are getting their pics taken at daycare today. They just did it in September, so I am not sure why they are doing it again so soon. I am only having thier pictures taken together tho, not separate.

Tara, grade 2 sounds fun. Cute little kids (but i'm sure not all the time ) There is a computer where I live, it's just quite slow and a Mac and I feel a little weird being on someone else's computer. We're loving the place we're at now. It's a beautiful, new, large home overlooking a ravine and creek. There's deer to watch and the perennials are starting to grow . It's just really nice, and I'm grateful to be here. Wonderful people to let us stay here. Oh and there are 2 large dogs which I really like.
Jen, you sound so busy! And sick on top of it all I'm feeling sad for you. I go back to work in 6.5 weeks. Part time though, but I'm sur eit will be a huge adjustment. I'm getting up early already to get my poor body used to it.
I didn't count points yesterday, I went over but not too bad though. Probably would have been 24 except for the one piece of KFC I had. Todays a new day.

Weigh in was last night - down another 3#. I'll take that - can you imagine I had 12 sticks of butter stuck to this body that aren't there anymore???? I love using that, even if you lose 1/4 pound, that is still the equivalent of one stick of butter!!!!

Wow Debra you are doing so well. Stick with it. You know, it is kind of gross thinking of 12 sticks of butter hanging from you, but that is a good thing. Makes you want to get rid of it more. I also use the sack of flour/sugar one! OH... and after my first was born and I was losing the PG weight, I once said I have lost an "Emma" and hubby thought that was funny!!!

Debra, that is fantastic that's a lot to lose. I use the butter/sugar/flour things too. I also think that I have lost my boy in weight, he's 20 pounds and I 've lost 20. And he's sure heavy to carry around for a long time.

Well, gotta go. I've had 4 good eating days in a row. hopefully I'll do good at the party I'm going ot tongiht.

Good Morning

Well, I had a great weekend, hope you all did too. I had a bad eating weekend, well Saturday was. I weigh in tonight and know I'll be up, but only because it's that TOM. I hope it won't get me too down in spirits though. Have a great day.

Alright, I haven't been a good poster lately!! BUT...I will be better. Though it was a horrible week of eating and exercising last week, too much going on!! Actually ended up staying home sick yesterday because I was SO exhausted from all week and weekend!! I feel much better today!! I am still holding at 181...so I can't complain, I didn't do anything right last week and I am not up that is a good thing!!

Hope you feel better soon GG.

Well, I was down 1.5 pounds last night. How much of it is actual weight lost I don't know as I exercised 3 hours yesterday (so scared I'd be up ) and I was maybe dehydrated at WI. Oh well, it is that TOM and I was down, that's all that matters. I'm only 1.75 away form my Easter goal. I'm going to do it !!! I'm so close to the 170's I can taste it already.
Okay, I'm missing the frequent posting that used to happen here!!

GREAT JOB DIANA!!! I hope I will be joining you in the 170's soon. I know I can do it I just have to stick to it!!

I have to be in the gym for the next few days and hit it hard... the weight needs to come off and it can with a little dedication. I had it a while ago and the last few weeks haven't been so great. This one will be hard as well, lots of working late and lot of appointments after work, but I can get it to work right!! I promise!!! :-)

Hey All. I haven't been around much lately because last week I was sick and busy, and this week I am jsut busy. Things are absolutely hopping at work and I can't keep up most times. Crazy crazy crazy. I had a rotten cold last week and over the weekend that just wiped me out. I did weigh on Friday and was the same.... yipppeeee!! But I also haven't been counting my points very well. Shame on me. So I am trying to get back on track. And no exercise since Friday because of my cold.

Here are back on track vibes. I am still shooting for my 10 more pounds down by DD2's 1st b-day. And also, if I lose 10 more pounds I can go clothes shopping so I really really really want to meet that goal because my closet is in terrible shape.

You gals are doing great. I won't make my Easter goal, but I'm back on track and feeling good. This weight loss thing takes a lot of persistance and willingness to do the right thing for ourselves. Good luck to you all!

Hey, ladies! I have also been busy lately, and haven't had time to post. And I have not been journalling or exercising. But I started journalling again this morning, and I am going for a walk tonight. I HOPE I am still in the 170's...but won't know for sure until a week from now when I hit WI again. On an optimistic note, my clothes still fit!
Congrats on the loss, Diana!!! Thats great! How long left on your mat leave? How is life out of isolation?
