Hey Tara. Glad you got the job. Can you tell I love Tinkerbelle?? Spreading that Pixie Dust is so magical!!! As for the daycare, even if you choose not to do it, at least you always have that to fall back on in the future. I guess it is a matter of finances and time. Good Luck deciding!

As for my day... 10 minutes before I leave for my training. An hour or so ago I was told to check my data that had gotten corrupted. I spent quite awhile trying to get into it, kicking the computer... all that good stuff. And then I finally got it to work after several rebuilds and verifies. This is after we have spent most of the day just trying to recover things off the server. So now my stuff is working, minus the file that was open when the server crashed. YIPPPEEEE... The rest of the stuff is still in limbo and if we can't recover it I will be just sick to my stomach. That means overtime trying to recreate it because our deadline is in a week. OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a happy weekend. I will be working most of it and then maybe checking out my taxes for a bit. Dreading that. Ta Ta!!!

Jen,
So, what is the current status of your lost files? I know you train people, but what exactly is your job??? It sounds so high tech and confusing!! I hope you don't have to work OT, it must be so hard with a family. Sounds like a crappy weekend ahead for you. Will your taxes be bad? We filed ours yesterday. Or rather, my Mom filed ours for us. No complaints, with all our revenue properties and me being off work for part of the year we were able to get a refund.
I have been able to stay OP, on my modified plan. Only problem is that I don't feel slimmer by any means! I don't know that this plan will help much with weight loss!
Gotta get going, have to take my dear kitties for haircuts. (At 8m on a Saturday, am I crazy??) Then DD is going to my parents for the day and night, DH and I are curling in a Funspiel. It will be lots of excercise and fun, which we need!
TTYL!

Tara, congrats on the job offer. I hope it extends to the summer.

Jen, glad most of your stuff is back. Where was it hiding? Guess it doesn't matter as long as Cyberspace returned it to you. I hope you have a *much better week*.

I'm doing okay. I repeated my exercise yesterday and will go a little slower today because my knee felt it yesterday. Food was plentiful yesterday, but I went into Flexpoints and I should be okay. Glad we've got this challenge to keep us honest.

Love,
Judy
My official WI will be on Wednesdays from now on.

Hi, it's me Diana (DewCan), I'm on someone else's computer and it's a hassle to change the login name. Hope you're all doing well. I'm missing you ladies, lots and lots.
I'm in on the new challenge, sounds good. I want to lose 3 pounds and then I'll be down 20 altogether. Should be doable. Congrats on the job Tara, I read a bit of the posts and saw you got a job. Taxes, thank goodness we're done, we got lots back, always nice.
I gained a pound last week, I don't know why, and am really frustrated with that. Well gotta go, one fingered typing is too hard.

Hello everyone. I am new here and was wondering if I could join? I am 23yrs old and live in South Dakota. I started my weightloss journey at 177.5lbs I am 5'5". I lost 7.5lbs on my own by joining a gym and eating smaller portions until I started WW on my own Feb 23rd. I have since lost another 9lbs for a total of 16.5lbs. I would like my Easter challenge weight to be 155. Does this challenge end on easter or the Friday following it? Thank you all very much and I hope I am not barging in on anyone.

Welcome, Sunshine! Congrats on your current successes! We will end the challenge on April 11, which is Easter Sunday.
Nice to see you , Diana! Don't worry about 1 lb, that can be gone very quickly! I miss you lots!!
I have had a busy weekend. Lots of exercise- we curled all day yesterday. Lots of food and drinks too. But since this is a change for life, I have to work those high days in and balance them out with lows.
Tomorrow will be my first official day of school. It is very exciting!

TARA- CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is great about the job, how exciting!

Well...it was a long weekend. I was with my cousins all weekend staying with them while their parents were gone. They eat more than anyone I've ever seen. I can't believe it. SO...I did ok on Friday I was within a couple points of being OP which was pretty good. Though Saturday and Sunday was NOT good for points. Though I figured it would be hard to do. They don't have anything healthy in the house (they are all SKINNY my aunt 5'7 about 120lbs and the daughters have the same build) anyway we ran around a lot outside and with the dog so I got a little exercise but not as much as I would have liked to! Anyway, I was 179 when I left and last night I was 181, so it's not so bad, that could be just from the lack of any structure all weekend! It will go away fast. I have my official WI tonight...then we will really see :-)

Sorry to ramble. Looks like we have some new additions...Welcome!! And seems like the rest of you are doing very well, even with all the commotion (right Jen)...

Have to get to work for a while

Hey gals. I am back at work and not sure how busy I will be. I had a long weekend and it kind of felt like I didn't have a weekend at all. I definately need a break. As for what I do. I work for a small software development company. I do training and the accounts. I train our customers on how to use the software. We have 4 different software systems. For the one, it is mostly phone training. But this weekend we did a classroom training on another system where people come and we teach them.

Our server actually crashed and everything was gone. However, we got a data recovery program in and between Friday and this weekend, we were able to recover most things. Some things are gone, but we got most of it back, so that is good. What I lost was all my accounting data. When the server crashed, the files were open, which caused them to lock up. But the recovery program fixed that and I only lost a couple things.

I really haven't exercised in over a week and I am starting to feel it. I am getting back on track this week. Hubby now has the cold that all of us got, so he is crabby. I really want to be down by Easter so I have something to celebrate. I can't believe how fast this year is going by. I still have to buy Kate an Easter basket, and I decided to buy little gifts for the kids baskets instead of candy. I will get Emma a teeny chocolate bunny tho, but we don't need all that other stuff in the house!!!

I can't believe it is almost Easter!! I love all the different easter eggs they have out...
I haven't been tracking much the past few days, but I have been staying fairly reasonable. I have been busy, so that helps!
That is so cute that Emma wants Dora underwear!

Tara, I hope you're having a wonderful day at school right now, I'm sure thinking about you. What is your position there?
Jen, I'm glad you recovered most of your files, and I wish you speed with making your deadline now. Coll underwear, but I have to tell you something funny. My nephew pulled down his pants the other day to show me his cool bob the Builder undies, it was funny, then he ran to my DH in the next room with his pants around his ankles to show him, it was cute. His Dad said he'd never buy "cool" undies again, as he's been showing everyone.
golfergirl, congrats on being down Where are you at now? The weight you gained on the weekend will be gone quickly
Sunshine, welcome, adn keep up the good work, it's coming off
Well, I lost 2.75 pounds this week, and had a not so good eating week. Last week I had a pretty good eating week and gained a pound, weird, but I'm happy. I have now lost 20 pounds since last August, slow and steady, but I will get there. I have to keep readjusting my goals, how annoying. But hte one I am happy to adjust is that the other day I said I wanted to readch 20 lost by Easter and now I'm there already. So my goal changed I want to lose 3 in the 3 weeks we have left.
I'm still exercising daily, so at least I do that consistantly. I do 30-60 minutes per day. I am going ot start doing the WW program again, I've been off lately. Well last week I did 3 days and then fell off the wagon and I hope to stay on it this week!!
Keep it up ladies, we will get there

Hey everyone. I have been busy and haven't had a lot of time to check in. I am going to try to get to the gym at lunch since I didn't go at all last week. Shame on me, but life got in the way! I am frustrated, yet I know that there are things I could improve.

There is a lady here at work that just joined WW. Of course I feel bad because I am still struggling with my baby weight. It makes me feel a little bad. Also, my aunt is severely overwieght and I think she is cutting her carbs to lose weight. She has been this way my whole life, so it is a struggle with her. I have invited her to WW in the past, but she refused. I think maybe she is finally realizing that walking and breathing is very difficult. Hope it works for her.

OK, guess I should get some more work done. I am frazzled lately because I don't know where to go next. I have this project to get done and no clue how to do it. The guy that is supposed to help me will be gone Thurs and Friday. I have no clue what to do.

Unhappy

Good morning, just having my coffee and saying hi.
Jen, I hope things unfrazzle for you at work, and soon Go to the gym and take out your frustrations there That might help you destress.
Okay guys, I'm stressing, I have now lost 20 pounds and remeasured. Compared to what I was 20 pounds ago, my numbers have barely budged. What is up with that? Maybe that is why I can't see my weight loss and don't feel any different. This is very discouraging!!!!! I ahve only lost 1.8" in my waist. No wonder I think I still look 6 months pregnant. The biggest number difference was my rib cage (gotta measure that back fat somehow ) 2.4" loss, and a 2.4" on my thigh. I think it's all sliding down into my waist I guess I ws expecting to lose more in the waist and hips.
I stayed in my points yesterday, 24 I will do it again today. It has been a real struggle for me to keep journalling. Well should go... Have a wonderful day all,
Diana
