great ideas
Here's another tasty one:
Add two egg whites to a package of instant oatmeal. (I look for the varieties that point out to 2 points). Mix them together and cook in a Pam-sprayed pan to make a yummy "pancake" that sticks with me because of the protein in the eggwhites.
The whole thing points out to 2 points and is good for you to boot!

Since I have no time to cook anything in the a.m., this is my real quick bkfst under 2 pts: my absolute favorite Seven Grain whole wheat bread, toasted, with a generous schmeer of my favorite lo-fat cottage cheese, the one that tastes the creamiest (but isn't). The trick is to buy really good bread: this comes from Whole Foods, their bakery section. Also, if i have a few seconds, I eat a few slices of grapefruit.

A microwave option: microwave some oatmeal, with no sugar, the regular Quaker Oats is my favorite, and then separately microwave some frozen fruit: I buy bags of frozen blueberries, strawberries and blackberries, which are actually not that expensive, and then I pour about 1/2 cup, thawed, on top of the oatmeal. A natural sweetener. Under 3 pts.

Hey y'all...one more idea...I like to get full with my breakfast, so I really like to have 2 pc of toast(d'Italiano light 1pt for both), and then have it with the eggwhites like someone else mentioned, or for a really filling breakfast I have a whole cup of frozed obrien potatoes for only a pt if you find the right brand, and i make them with either a spray of pam or nothing in a good nonstick pan! Really filling, and only 2pts for it all!!

Thanks to all of you for the great ideas, I never really thought about egg whites, I normally did the egg beaters but sometimes they taste funny to me, maybe I would like the egg whites better....

This morning I had a 1 point tortilla with 1/4 cup of egg whites, 1 oz of light Velveeta and one vegetarian breakfast patty, all rolled up it was a wonderful and filling meal.
4 pts for the whole thing, but you could skip the sausage or cheese and make it for 3. I'm really new to WWs but have found that a good amount of protein and fiber is key to getting me through the morning. I like fruit later in the day, but in the morning I have to have a lot of protein, that's where my points go.
