I sure am missing everyone - my co-worker left and I am doing two jobs now, so time is really limited. By the time I get home at night - the last thing I want to do is go anywhere near a computer.
Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing?
I received my 10% award two weeks ago, then last week, I missed my prescription water pill Tuesday the day before weigh in and had some crackers - I was up 5 pounds from Monday to Wednesday morning Thus I had a gain of 3.6 pounds, but this week was back down 3 pounds, so I'm still up .6 pounds from two weeks ago, but I'm determined not to let it get me discouraged - I learned a valuable lesson - don't miss my pills.
We have a new leader - boy is she a ball of fire, she is taking a personal interest in us individually and that really helps - it isn't just a meeting where you go weigh in, listen to a lecture and leave. the motivation is really there it's great - last week 25 people lost a total of 66 pounds! She is motivating us to work together - buddy up and help each other - become a team. I look forward to our meetings every week!
