  • Morning all - had to report for jury duty yesterday, so didn't get a chance to post. Didn't get on a jury, so may have to report again next Monday.

    1 FF softshell taco w/chicken, tomato, lettuce, LF sour cream & 2% cheese (5/14)
    1 cup skim milk (2/16)
    Steamed veggies (0/16)

    Snack:
    Lemon sherbet (5/21)
    Baker's breakfast cookie (3/24)

    Water:
    80 oz plus

    Exercise:
    walk outside for 40 minutes

    Here are my stats, I feel renewed! I stuck with all my goals for yesterday, worked out, and ate 18-20 pts. Hopefully I can do it again today!!
