Thanks everyone for your support. I know that everyone is different and I need to just pay attention to myself and not compare someone else's weight loss to my own. It's hard though, b/c I want to be at goal NOW!! (don't we all?!) I didn't weigh in last week b/c I was on vacation and basically went off program completely

but now i'm right back at it - I even walked on the treadmill today
