Good Morning! I am fortunate to have vacation this week! Using this week to purge the clutter in my home. I am going to get rid of lots of clothes too. If they are too big now, they will be too big forever.
Have to bring hubby for a medical procedure this afternoon. Going to pack lots of water, and some snacks, because usually waiting around you get nervous and then there are those snack machines right in front of you.
Off for another walk. I think that makes it 4 days in a row! And peeking at the scale, my body is responding. Anyways, weight loss or not, movement is very important to keeping fit.
