Just an fyi, don't expect losses like this again. You might even have a small gain next weigh-in. Losing such a huge amount can shock your system and it might not allow you to lose too much the following week, but then it will stabilise and you will go back to losing consistently. Aim for anything between 0.5lb - 2lb per week.
