Last week was a busy, busy week. I was able to keep my head in place. My youngest brother married on Saturday, and my birthday was yesterday. So, I was surrounded by food the whole weekend. Luckily, I paced myself, and while I had some treats I didn't go overboard.
Now that it's Monday, and back to normal, I'm looking forward to taking a nice walk and getting back into the swing of things.
Not so good for me. Having been eating like crazy. I tried to eat portions but temptations are so hard to resist so I gave in hahaha. I didnt track it but I am 100% sure that I went overboard with my points. This been happening for 5 days now. So I am really mad at myself because its all my fault!! I need to get back on track!!!!
