It's working...
Well I introduced myself the other day and was saying that I felt that I had too many points. Well I bumped up to my total and since Monday when I started I have lost 9 pounds. Amazing and 41 points is not terribly difficult to hit when eating healthy.
I haven't done WW since 2007 and have struggled through getting back in. On Monday I finally said enough is enough and I am trying so hard to eat right. I hope like being on WW for 3 straight years in the past, that I am able to stay on plan and make this a full lifestyle change instead of treating it like a diet. 24 lbs to go to my goal weight |
9 pounds! In one week?? Holy moly! That's huge!!
See, it's a great plan and it works! You just have to trust it! Just an fyi, don't expect losses like this again. You might even have a small gain next weigh-in. Losing such a huge amount can shock your system and it might not allow you to lose too much the following week, but then it will stabilise and you will go back to losing consistently. Aim for anything between 0.5lb - 2lb per week. |

Wow - that is AMAZING! Way to go on the loss!!! WW really is a great program to follow. :)
