Girl, lemme know how it turns out for you. I hate it when i am starving and i make my dinner... honestly, i put WAY more food on there than i need.. THEN, i feel like i have to eat it all, even when im not hungry anymore, im eating it to finish it. Not anymore, this tactic is going to work much better for me. I hope it helps for you too. I feel like im saving a lot more money too, cause atleast i have food going a longer distance for lunches or dinners the next day. I used to eat a whole chicken breast to myself, now i cut it into 3, or i buy the ones that are cut into fillets or are sliced really thin.
I bought that awesome WW scale, it is VERY helpful as it gives you the points value for the weight of your item on the scale. without breakin out the measuring cups and making unecessary dishes for yourself.
