Girl, lemme know how it turns out for you. I hate it when i am starving and i make my dinner... honestly, i put WAY more food on there than i need.. THEN, i feel like i have to eat it all, even when im not hungry anymore, im eating it to finish it. Not anymore, this tactic is going to work much better for me. I hope it helps for you too. I feel like im saving a lot more money too, cause atleast i have food going a longer distance for lunches or dinners the next day. I used to eat a whole chicken breast to myself, now i cut it into 3, or i buy the ones that are cut into fillets or are sliced really thin.

I bought that awesome WW scale, it is VERY helpful as it gives you the points value for the weight of your item on the scale. without breakin out the measuring cups and making unecessary dishes for yourself.

lost 2lbs this week so whatever i was doing this week was working. Will keep on this track for the next week and see where it goes.

Congrats on the 2lbs yea haw

I did real well yesterday until.....you guessed it I was having a chocolate attack but at least those don't happen often. I kept it reasonable though. I was a bit bummed out that I was not able to squeeze in the gym yesterday and today it looks like I won't make it either.

I have organized a going away party for my sister (she is moving to HI) and so we are having a farewell send off at the local pizza place so it is going to be hard to keep those points down and weigh in is in the morning so I won't be surprised it there is a gain

Hi guys! Congrats to all your losses this week (weight wise)

Lost another pound (1.6 lbs) today at my WI. What else is going on with me? Well not much. I am at work right now and its not that busy so just dropped by to give you guys an update.
