It was my official friday morning WI today, and I was 164,8 lbs, which is 0,4 heavier than my last official-pre-vacactions-screwing up the diet-eating crap WI.
So I think it was majorly salt and water that I lost really quickly this week.
I'm glad to be back on track.
I'll try to get out of the 160's now, been there for like 7 weeks...
