Awesome ok. Then i think what i will do is buy that 3 month tracker book they have at the office. I was using those paper trackers they give you at every meeting for the week, but i just forget to use them. maybe the book will help me remember. i think they are 8$

Mercury, I LOVE the 3 month tracker. It is so handy to go back and take notes about what worked and what didn't, not to mention the first page is weightloss log. I carry mine with me everywhere. I use it and the etools tracker, just incase I do not have access to one or the other on any given day. I like having back up! LOL

I am obsessed with my 3-month tracker. I highly recommend taking notes in it... they really come in handy.

I have one and I've never used it! You have all made me decide to give it a shot, so thanks!

had my weigh-in- lost 0.6. Finally hit the 10 pound mark. But seriously? Less than 2 pounds in 2 weeks? I know, it's moving in the right direction, but geez is it slow. I was hoping to get to my 10% by the end of my 12 week session (I'm doing the at work version) but there's no way that'll happen. Sigh.

I had mentioned about my points going down in another post, but i had lost i think 14lbs and then i walked away happy with myself, but i had to go back to ask the girl if my points had changed and she was like, "Oh yeah, maybe, lets check!" I was a little put off by that cause if i hadnt asked i would have been thinking that i was supposed to be on the same amt of points when they had indeed gone down by 2. So i was at 38, now i am at 36. If you have a calculator you can check it on there, i am not sure how to do it though.

I bought my first pair of yoga pants today, i paired it with a nice longer hoodie sweater. I think it doesnt look bad, but ive always been self conscious to wear pants like this, but i am going to try them this time. Starting Zumba next Sunday. WI is tomorrow, had TOM this week so not impressed with that, but i dont think it will effect me. Chose some veggies and chicken tonite for dinner, so it will be lower sodium.

I am going to pick up the 3 month tracker from the office then tomorrow. I will put it where i will always see it and try to remember to use it! Thanks for the imput. Love you guys

Mercuryblue, to check your points on your calculator, hit the button that is a 7 with a square around it. It will ask you 'daily' or 'weekly'. If it says daily, hit the down button to weekly and enter. It will ask you your weight, and if you want to lose. Type it in and enter through 'lose'. It will tell you the daily points there. Sounds like a whole lot of steps, but it's not really!

Having a pretty good day. I skipped zumba last night because my legs were really sore from spinning and I wanted to give them a break. I am going tonight and am planning on spinning on Saturday and yoga on Sunday (although that is subject to change!).

Cooking pork tenderloin two ways tonight because I have 2 in the fridge that needed to be cooked and soon. So I have one in the crockpot with garlic, red wine, onions and soy sauce and I am cooking one in the oven later with an apricot-espresso glaze. Will do with veg and probably mashed potatoes. (And wine since, you know, the bottle is open and all.)

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Do any of you have Market Day available in your area? We do it through my kids' school.
A lot of the items they offer are VERY WW points plus friendly. A whole 4 oz chicken breast is only 2p!
Tonight I made the gourmet stuffed flounder, 5pp, and it is some of the best fish I have ever had. I felt like I was sitting at a fancy seafood restaurant instead of my own table. LOL

Hello, chickies!

YAY, it's FRIDAY! I'm so glad the weekend is here, even though it's supposed to be a wet weekend around here. On the plus side, maybe it will wash away all the pollen that's fallen around here. Our blue car is yellow!

I went to my meeting this morning and had lost .8 - not bad, hopefully I'll lose a bit more next week.

I bought some steaks to grill out for supper tonight. It's been about a week since I used our grill and when I opened the lid, there was a bird's nest inside! Luckily it was empty so I was able to take it out and cook our supper.

Tomorrow morning I am once again getting up early and heading into Atlanta for a race. This one is a Women's 5K that I'll be running with a couple of my girlfriends. They run a bit slower than I do so I'll be running at their pace, which is good, since I'm treating this as a recovery run. There are about 2,000 women running the race, and I expect there to be a lot of pink! At the finish, we get a flower. Hopefully the rain holds off at least until we're done.

Right now it's time to relax with a glass of wine. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
