Hi Melissa, hang in there with WW and really buckle down and see how it works for you. I read your blog, and you really did quite well considering the hurdles you mentioned, like Sonic, going off plan for a few days, lack of exercise, etc. Or maybe you could even tighten further and drop the activity points. (Activity points are just too many for me - maybe that would help you?) Of course do what ever works for you and how you get the best results, but if you can completely stick with the plan, I bet you'll see better results, plus you'll get so much more out of the meetings because more of the issues being discussed will be pertinent to what you're doing all week long.

I know slow weight loss is frustrating, but maybe you'll pick up steam when you get your groove - heck, you're almost in Twoterville!

Good morning, everyone! I go back to work tonight. It's only for one night and then I'm off for the rest of the week and then back to my normal night schedule next week. Luckily this is only temporary since I will be starting a new day job soon, woo!

Dragged myself out of bed for spin class. I almost texted my friend to tell her I wouldn't be there -- had been having horrible cramps all night. I remember hearing how aerobic exercise is good for cramps, though, so I thought I'd suck it up and go anyway and if I felt good after spin I would go ahead and stay for chisel. Well that is A BIG FAT LIE and I felt just as bad after spinning (except with sore legs, too) so I skipped chisel and came home. Had a bit of a snack and now I think I'm going to nap for awhile.

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

this might sound preposterous but when you lose weight. Do you ever feel like you look fatter? I WI tomorrow, and i think i've only lost 1lb... so like 5.5 total (guessing), but i swear my stomach looks jiggiler/fatter/fuller... lol
Anyone else ever feel like this?

UGH so yeah. My boyfriend has a wonderful way with words sometimes. I was talking about wanting to try Zumba with my good friend and he knows how much i hate the gym because of the women who go there and primp them selves up in their spandex, makeup and have their hair just perfect. He's like "Your not going to want to be there with all those girls who are nice, tight and sexy". Im like... WOW you have a great way with words. bravo. Made me feel like crap. So now im taking off for work, feeling like trash. i know he didnt mean it like that, but I hate feeling bad about myself. This sucks.

Jinksie, for some reason my self esteem plummets when I'm consciously trying to lose weight. I think it's because I examine my body a lot more, whereas when I'm eating like a hog, I just avoid mirrors and looking... and of course in my head, I never look as bad as I actually do.

Mercury, OMG, eye roll. Men can be so sensitive, can't they? Yeesh. I agree with mmel. Tell him you're looking to go look at some guys "tight sexy body."

I restarted WW this past weekend, and I am already starting to feel better. I am following the momentum plan, because it worked in the past for me. I think I will try points plus if the scale gets the flu and wont move. lol I am journaling all my meals, and snacks.. and so far so good.
I just joined 3fc so I look forward to reading all insight and information I can get my hands on.
Take care
