S/C/G: 172.8/168/145 maybe?

Default Challenge question on scales

I got a weight from WW tonight and I also bought a scale. They differ????
ack.

WW says I'm 166.4

Now mind you. When I went in and weighed it was 167.

After the evening meeting, I went to the bathroom and asked the lady to weigh me again because I felt it was a lot of urine.

Sure enough, it was down.It said 166.4

Now I get home with this new Biggest Loser scale and it says, 170. so where did these 4 pounds come from? Eating a sandwich?

And what do I use for my weigh in on Saturday?

This stinks because when i gave my weigh in number in December it was 165...

Not good for the team.

have you normally been weighing at your meeting only? for the challenge you could use the ww weights if you like, to keep it more accurate and closer to your bl starting # but yeah it seems home scales and the ww center scales are usually off, sometimes by a few oz's and sometimes by a few lbs, that is normal I wouldn't worry too much about it, just choose which one you want to count and stick with it for your weigh ins, I'm here to support ya blue team member! LOL!!

Home scales are not as accurate as WW. WW are calibrated monthly and you can't do that at home. I'd go with my weekly WW weigh in.

Are you weighing in the same clothing each time?

Okay. The scale gets to stay. I did my emptying this morning and I said if this thing doesn't talk to me in the right language it's going back.

It spoke my language this morning at 165. I'll take that.

Now. Will be a morning weighed on my own scale and I know not to weigh at night no clothing. I'll take that.

It was just gong to set me back if it was saying higher.

No more WW scale for me thats why I had to purchase a scale.

It the less expensive WW scale were there I would have purchased it. So, I have The Biggest Loser one. Got it large so my husbands feet fit.

Ugh, I hate all the different numbers we can see on scales. I know it's just a number, but it can really get into your head and make you crazy!

I see your scale is back in your good books....good thing! I'd just stick with one scale for your weekly WIs. Same time of day, same clothing (or no clothing), same position of your tongue, same planet alignment, etc.

I have a home WW scale and am frustrated with it to no end I weigh once and it weighs me one weight, and then I stand on it right away again and it is different. The other morning, it weighed me as if I had lost 20 pounds of course that is not true. I weighed until I got the closest weight to what I feel like (the highest) and went with that. This morning, I mindlessly entered in my weight (online) and I had lost 10 pounds (usually I would smile at losing 10 pounds) I stood on it later,. and it had me down one.

Anyone else have this experience? You might want to try it and see.

I'm not going to mess with her now. Shes okay.

I will talk nice to her. I told my husband I didn't want a scale in the house.

I really don't like seeing it ther staring at me while I'm in the bathroom. Its evil. Maybe I should smudge it so it will be a good scale... Good scale. Balance its chakras so it is good to me. I've not had a scale in over 10 years.

Haha, I thought it was Sunday, it was this past Sunday, but it prompted me today too. This was my first week. I can't get it to allow me to log in a weight any other time than my regular weigh ins.
