Well today I did use 11 of 35 flex points meaning I went over by 11. I do plan on counting all of my points. I'm sorta anal about counting everything. I used those 11 for a slice of sugar free apple pie, a little sugar free chocolate pudding, and a coffee. That's all. Everything I ate for dinner itself though was to plan and most of which was no points. I had a slice of white meat turkey, mashed sweet potatoes, butternut squash, an acorn squash with splenda brown sugar on it, and salad with fat free dressing. I'd say I did pretty good.
However, I will be in the gym for the next couple days lol

I didn't count, but I really didn't eat very much. Now the wine and the beer, I am sure I went over. LOL, well today is a new day and I will be back OP

I didn't count yesterday either, but I am committed to staying on track the rest of the weekend. I weigh-in on Monday and I hope to have a loss. I didn't want to deprive myself of anything on Thanksgiving. I should have made better choices like you Peanut, but what's done is done and now it's time to move on.

I managed to stay on track by using my flex points.

So I feel bloated as all **** today...BUT I don't feel guilty. And that's what's important...my leader pushes that a lot, make choices and be okay with it.

I did count points. I actually looked and recorded what I planned to eat before I ate. I used a total of 28 points for the day, which means I used 5 of my weekly points.

I had saved 30 weekly points, just in case, but only used 5. I weigh in on Saturdays so am usually very careful about how much I eat on Thursday and Friday anyway.

Even though I didn't technically track my points, I would eat something and then automatically know the points value of what I was eating. It's so funny how WW changes my way of thinking!
