I hope it's not too late to join the group! I too, am a lifetimer and managed to let the old habits creep in...grrrrrr! Anyway I weighed in this morning at 140.6 and my goal weight is 135 lbs.
My lowest has been at 133.2. Boy do I really feel the additional
pounds! I too, am having trouble zipping up the jeans, and refuse to go shopping for a larger size.
So here are my goals:
Goal: To make the time to exercise at least 3 times a week, and to return to my personal goal weight of 133.2
Leverage: To feel fit and healthy again.
Rewards: I too like the mini-rewards. I've got to think this one over though.....maybe a new CD.

10/26: 140.6 yes, at this weight I am indeed back to program!!
