I hope it's not too late to join the group! I too, am a lifetimer and managed to let the old habits creep in...grrrrrr! Anyway I weighed in this morning at 140.6 and my goal weight is 135 lbs.
My lowest has been at 133.2. Boy do I really feel the additional
pounds! I too, am having trouble zipping up the jeans, and refuse to go shopping for a larger size.
So here are my goals:

Goal: To make the time to exercise at least 3 times a week, and to return to my personal goal weight of 133.2

Leverage: To feel fit and healthy again.

Rewards: I too like the mini-rewards. I've got to think this one over though.....maybe a new CD.
Weigh in:
10/26: 140.6 yes, at this weight I am indeed back to program!!

Good morning.

I can't remember if we had a separate thread from week-to-week. Anyway, here are my numbers from last week:

Mon - 21
Tues - 24
Wed - 21
Thurs - 28
Fri - 25
Sat - 35 - 40???
Sun - 22 Exercise - yes, finally!!

My weight finally budged. I'm UP a pound so I now have a goal of 12 pounds.

On a brighter note, I went out for a short run yesterday and I seem to be OK. I'm hoping that will make the difference this week.

On the subject of rewards, I bought a 2-piece bathing suit on the weekend - and the bottom is a little skimpier than my normal style. So, my long term goal is to look good in the suit (it fits but I don't like the lumps here and there). Still need some short term goals though; I find they're even more important than the end one.
