    Hey KT - good to see you again!

    Well, I feel I soooo don't deserve this, but the WW scale today says I lost 2 lbs. NOT POSSIBLE - well we'll see what shows up or down next week.

    Back from travel and in town until saturday at least. Short trip back and forth then, so no eating issues.
