Hi I am a 64 yr old,as of yesterday and I am struggling. My weight keeps going up and getting close to 300 > I told my dh today I am killing myself with my eating habits and need to do something. Course after he went to bed I ate a quarter of a cake and ice cream. How in the world do you get on track when all you think about is eating. I would love to get back to meeting but I am too ashamed after gaining 20 lbs since I went to the last meeting in July or aug. Actually I thought it was 10 til I just figured it out,now I am more depressed. It seems I am just pushing myself along trying to hide the fact that I am struggling to walk and breathe. Sorry for whinning . I am hoping I can start again tomorrow, I just dont know where to start
Good luck! If it was me I would start by going back to a meeting. I know it is hard when you have gained. I have avoided meetings in the past for that reason. However, that never actually helped me. What did help me was go back to the meetings. I find that when I do that it is easier for me to get into the routine of following the program.
I'm eating the points correctly..not sure if I'm losing weight. I'm going to just stay on track this time and not give up. I have a goal of staying on the points system for 6 months and will see if it helps...

Hi everyone. I am Miaka, more than 10 years ago this forum helped achieved my goal weight of 105lb. I am back again and this time I have 64lbs to lose and need the wonderful support I received here before! I just joined WW 3 days ago and it is already changing the way I eat. What an interest smart point system.
Hi, my name is Jenn. I'm 38 and from Georgia. I've had much success in the past on low carb and went from 210 lbs to 145 in about 6 months. I just can't seem to get back on the low carb wagon so I've decided to give weight watchers a try.
I bought the books etc from ebay (points plus) and I'm almost a week into it with a 5 pound weight loss.
My name is Rachel and I am in Washington State. I am a single mom of 4 (ages 22, 19, 15 and 13). I have been overweight my entire life and have joined and quit WW several times. I re joined WW a week ago Friday and was sad to see the message boards gone so super excited to find this forum! I have finally gotten to a point where I want to lose the weight for myself and to set a better example for my kids.
