well after losing 2.2kg/4.8lb last week, this week I put on 1.9kg/4.2lb......
I don't get it, I did EVERYTHING by the book last week & the week before - doing the core programme. I watched my portions, I was strict about journalling & counting ALL my points.... but I put on so much
I hate to say it, but I feel like giving up almost.... not quite, but after doing so well to start with, now I feel like I'm letting myself down, and everyone else... *sigh*
what can I do?
... I'm doing the points plan this week and SO FAR have stuck to my points, and planned meals in advance......
