I agree with Quilter--if you don't have enough protein/fat you'll feel less satisfied. If I have enough protein throughout the day (i.e. with each meal), I don't go through a period in the evening of looking for something to eat. Try drinking more water, keep your hands busy, stay out of the kitchen, etc. Try to reframe--remember how good you felt with your pants being looser, etc. I think we all hit a period where we lose our motivation and drive. I've never called ww a diet, because for me that means deprived--instead I look at this as a lifestyle change and it's very adaptable to my lifestyle.
