I would agree with
Rupertsmom. I have had the same problem as you, bouncing up & down between 141-144. I wanted to try to get under 140, to about 138-140. My body seems unshakable about giving up those extra 2-3 pounds, so I have decided to work on maintaining instead. I was sick of all the yo-yoing up & down. When I made lifetime the first time about 14 years ago, I never could get below 140.5. It was the same this time when I got back to goal in 2000; the lowest I've even been this time is 140.4. So, maybe my body is telling me that 140 is about the lowest it wants me at.
Sorry I couldn't give you much insight, but sometimes it helps knowing someone else is going thru the same thing.
