Good morning everyone!

Andrea: I would be careful about Craig's list and exp. massages for free, that might attract the wrong type of people, Lori had the best advice and that way it will be at a school (safe). I am in S Fl so I'm VERY cautious of people and there are so many crazy things going on out there, ya know?

Anyway I better get firming before I dont wanna!

luv: thanks yeah i found that out the hard way yest. i def know to be careful thats why i posted must show proof of cert. and have references for me to check.

i just called a spa that advertised on there so im looking into that. theres no schools here i wish there were.

Hi all, just thought I would say hello. I did the directions to get my weight tracker, but then after I pick out m y tracker and slider, it goes to a page where I can either start over or it tells me to click on one of the links to add it to my stuff, so do I have to add that link to bottom of my post every single time. as i am not going to on this one and we will see if it adds it automatically as last night it would not unless i added that link at end of my post. thanks peg

ok, is it just me dumb, i am getting frustrated with the tracker thing, it seems to me the only way it shows my tracker for eeach post is if i include that link at end every single time, i was hoping it would just automatically include my tracker, but did not a min ago, i am going to include that url at end of this and i bet my tracker shows up, but then will have to include that every time. i am so confunsed. ok, peg

Hi girls! I think I put the weight tracker's url in my signature

So far the week has been pretty decent for me. I was able to make a core dinner last night and it was a big success. Who knew you didn't need coconut milk in curry, just used carrots, onions, chicken breasts and curry powder. Sauteed for about 1/2 hour and served over brown rice. The troops approved.

Have a great evening! I think I'll go to the library and look for something interesting to listen to in the car.

An uneventful stay at home day today. I worked on fleece pans I started before Christmas and finished them Also worked on the lining of a new pair of black gabardine pants. Hope to finish them this week. Stayed OP. So far have had 48 oz of water and will get in at least 12 oz more before bedtime.
Congrats to al who hare losing #s. My weigh in is on Saturday and am keepoing my fingers crossed.

hey guys!! my boyfriend went in for surgery to remove 4 impacted teeth, so i was in the hospital all day with him, and i stayed OP!!! (except for some flexies) but it was all good!!!

how is everyone???

I guess it was a hospital kind of day. I was at the hospital too, with hubby who was getting cataract surgery. I also did pretty well there. Believe it or not they had boulibasse at the hospital cafeteria. Not exactly core (was over white rice) but not bad.

Default horrible time

They say bad things come in 3's and they sure have for me. I am still recovering from my foot surgery from last week, today was first day I did much, was up and about quite a bit and boy oh boy am I ever in pain tonight, definitely over did it. then i have a horrible cold and cough, then TOM came and I get horrible cramps with mine and of course it came tonight and i wi tomorrow night, could not have waited 24 hours and started after wi tomorrow night. explains though why i have been wanting to and following through with eating everything in sight. so i am not looking forward to wi tomorrow night. hope everyone else is doing great. i also cannot really exercise like i used to for awhile yet, so all i can do right now is some ab crunches and lifting my hand weights. i ordered leslie sansone's new series, walk slim, but it will be awhile before i can put pressure on my foot and do that. i am in a special shoe and on crutches for awhile yet. have a great night all, hopefully better then mine. peg
