    well I had a pretty good day yesterday. I ate on plan and even exercised. I am hopeing I can keep it up. I even woke up early today to exercise ( even though I wanted to stay in bed and go back to sleep).

    wow bev, that was great, right now due to my foot suregety i cannot exercise hardly at all, but even when i could, i cannot ever get up early to exercise. i have wi tonight and definitely worried. hope everyone is having a super day. take care. peg

    gl at wi peg. have you visited amazon about exercise? they sell some videos of LI aer. that can be done using a chair w/o arms.

    Yesterday I walked the big loop on Central Park with my friend, it was so much fun and I earned 4 AP! I think we are going to try to do it every week, until she gets a Job.
    I didn't have a big loss yesterday only .8 but hey its better than a gain! I have pay closer to the HG and drinking my water. Ahh too much to think about!
