anyway i hope you all like this spot better. im fine w what you all want but if 1 week will be sun-to sat. then sat will be the deadline for getting all stats in so that on sunday i can post for the week bf the new wek starts. actually, does anyone have sunday wi's/ cuz maybe if sat is the last wi day for us then maybe i can get all of em in by saty and post on sunday. thoughts? if this is the route that we are taking then i am assuming that start weights will be accumulated using the nyumbers that you guys weighed in at this week? let me know for sure. i dont want any mix ups

im not feeling well. i dont mean to sound like im talking to just nicole at the momement, but she knows what im talking about. niciole, im so wiped out right now i just got bk from ordering glasses and i stupidly thought i could avoid an attack by avoiding an eye exam so i thought i was gtg but while i was waiting for mom to finish the papers a man who i didnt know was even there came running right up to my face thinking he wa gonna take measurements or something and i lost it
who wants to laugh? aol put a block on my acct bc of the mass mail-app you can only do 20 names at a time otherwise its a violation so i now need to remember to do that they crack me up
Hi all! I found it!
I had a horrible week, mostly because I was upset over losing my dog. He died last thurs. night, and it is just soo quiet around here without him. I have 2 other dogs, but there is a huge gaping hole in the family now with one missing family member.
Anyways, as I'm sure you understand, I was completely off track all last week, and I'm sure I gained, but tomorrow starts a new week for me. I WILL journal, I WILL exercise, I WILL get in all my water, and I WILL stay OP.
