Hello girls. I am getting ready to leave for the gym. Thanks for the congrats Kim. I did try hard last week. Gonna do it again this week. I can't believe I am 14 pounds away from goal. For a while there I was starting to wonder if I would ever make it. Now, I feel like I am so stinkin' close. I can not wait. My Victoria's Secret undies are even a bit big on me. It wasn't too long ago I couldn't even wear them. Now I may be heading to a size medium. :)

Up and at them,starting of today on program.Hope I stay that way but being stuck home is hard.Who'd thought anyone would miss errands.The sun is shining today so I am going to go outside and pick up branches off my lawn.That should be easy on the back.I have 2 rose bushes that need a home too.I love gardening and keep looking to see what is popping up bulb wise.I forgot where I planted evrything lol.Looking forward to heading back tothe gym,I am hoping next week.Gaining weight has really bummed me out.

I am going to go to work this weekend ready to either go to the gym with one of the girls at work or ready to walk on my breaks....Either way I will exercise. I don't want to just sit in the lounge because that's what gets me in trouble...

On plan so far todaydespite a minor breakdown earlier.Medication turns me into a beast I don't recognize.I finally came bact to reality and decided to go plant my rose bushes and maybe a litle light raking.Only problem there is my hubby took my keys because I am not allowed to drive.I don't fault him I know he knows there may come a point when I thing oh I feel fine and go somewhere.It is really hard to be stuck here and all i can think about isfood cause there is nothing else for me to do.I feel sorry for my family,it must be **** on earth living with me right now.Maybe this time next week I can have my life back.Thanks for letting me whine.One good thing I'm not laying on the keyboard trying to type.I also thing my spelling is better too.

Hi everyone. I am sorry I did not post yesterday. I am having quite a time with this site lately. Anyone else having any problems???? I can't even get into some of the threads. Anyway, I did not do so well yesterday or Wednesday either. I am right on track today though. I scheduled my assesment for the boot camp at the gym. I go in Tuesday afternoon for weight, body composition, and measurements. I've never had any of that done before. Could be interesting.

I decided I will take charge tomorow.I get my needle and will probably start physio.I stepped on the scales and though I didn't look the shorts i dug out told the tale.One of those horror stories.So now instead of 150 ny end june I am aiming back to good ole 160,which is doable if I work the planLol I see my spelling isn't improving.Made an awesome dish last night that I got on ww site will post late.Was too good which is a problem lol.

Hi everyone. Have not been doing so great on the eating. Have not been on here either. I guess one is a dead ringer for the other. Anyway, I had my assessment today for boot camp at the gym. Good news is my percent of body fat is in the normal range. I was shocked at this. I was at 32.5. The maximum is 32.9. So, I really need to get it down. I am happy though that it was in the good range. Anyway, I hope to get back on program strong tomorrow. How is everyone else doing????

Had my cortisone needle yesterday,this whole back thing interferred with all my plans.I had huge garden plans as well and I am going to have to downsize because i have to take it east.I was mortified by something the other day,I stepped on the scales the other day and though my hubby won't be exact it is between 170-175.I am almost my start weight I could just die.I don't remember aLot of the last month from all the pain killers and such but I didn't think I ate that much.So I am on track and still mortified...I want to be 160 by the end of june so I have to watch my eating closer since I can't exercise it off.Wahhhhhhh.

Fitbyforty-this too shall pass. You will get through this and get the weight off. Good job so far today. I have been on program as well today. breakfast oatmeal 2pts work out with trainer and only burned 130 calories :( That happens if I don't warm up first. Just didn't have time. lunch Asian salad with grilled chx and 1/2 packet sesame ginger dressing from McDonald's. 6pts. I hope they count the almonds in that. I ate them. Well I am up and awake and ready for a new day.I am going to call to make an appointment with physio.I worked in the yard yesterday which I shouln't have been doing.I committed to doing the hedge long before I through out my back.I fell smack on my face for the whole world to see and have have tons of cuts and bruises.I put ice on my back and it felt better instantly.
Today I am going to behave and take it easy{it's raining}.I have found new incentive to be good food wise though perhaps not the best reason to choose. My husband is planning to adopt my daughter from my first marriage and I might have to see my ex for the first time since 2001.No way I am gonna do that with this extra weight.Incentive is incentive..take it where you can get it.Hopefully it goes smooth or stress eating might take over. Hi there. Ouch!! Don't over do it with your back. Let it get better. And as far as your motivation, whatever it takes is right. I have been ok today. I burned 380 calories at the gym. I start "boot camp" on Monday and am looking forward to that.
