Good afternoon everyone. Hope you are all having a good day. I stepped on the scale today for the first time since Monday. It shows me at 171 even. I don't know how. That would be down. ?? Wont question it though. Wet to the gym today. My trainer told me it was his last day. I am sorry to see him go. I have worked out with him for a year and a half 3 times a week. I made arrangements with a different trainer. I picked the best one at the gym. It should do my body good to have some variety I guess. I am looking forward to a change. Will check in over the weekend. Have a good one.... Amy

Morning ladies,
I am thrilled I finally made it through an entire day on program.It gave me a little boost to stay that way for Saturday.
Here was the rest of my friday:
2slices of ww bread 2
deli roast beef 1
cheese 2
clementine 1

I didn't use all my points :(Not like me.
Haven't worked out all week but if I don't start this weekend I will definately be back to it on Monday.

Sorry I've been MIA the past few days. I didn't go to WI this week, Not sure if I mentioned that. I was up 2lbs from my birthday and didn't feel like facing the music.
I did start TOM today, so maybe that 2lbs stems from that, and not the one night of over-indulging. One can hope! :)

So far today has been good
B: slim fast/banana/pineapple/oil 7pts (I thought if I added pineapple it would kinda taste like a banana split...WRONG, it was gross, but I drank it anyhow)
L: laughing cown/triscuits 3pts
S: dove 1pt
That's 11pts so far out of 25
My dinner plans are:
D: 96/4 hamburger 3pts, bun 2pts, potato 1pt, veggies 2pts=8pts
Puts me at 19/25 which will leave enough for that silly American Idol ice cream I like so much :)

Fruits/veggies 5, oil 2, milk 2, water 64oz+

Okay ladies. I stepped on the scale today for the first time in several days. Mind you, the last time I did I was crazy surprised to see 171 even. Well, this morning, it read 174!!! And it is not a fluke. I have been eating everything. and way too many cookies.

Good news......my trainer is gone and I started with a new one today. Wow! what a little change in routine can do for you. Had a FANTASTIC work out. I am really going to try to take advantage of this to "Kick start" things again. And I will attend my meeting tomorrow for an ugly weigh in.

Back on the exercise track today,did my spinning and then yoga.I am not very hungry today,I lost a good friend on Sat.hard to have an appetite.

Have no idea what we are doing for dinner tonight. I have my friend's kids all week. Will be a different week for me.

Fit, so sorry to hear of your loss. It's never easy when we lose someone we love...our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I woke up and was 200.2...WTH? I know, I know...it's TOM and the bloating caught up w/me, but c'mon...don't kick a girl when she's alredy down!
Here's my day:
B: latte 2pts, muffin 1.5 pts=3.5
S: muffin 1.5
L: ham sandwich 2pts, apple 1pt
S: none
D: I just baked some chicken, and will make a salad....not sure how many pts it will be yet, but doesn't matter too much, I've only had 7.5 so far anyhow. I'll post back later.

Morning guys.I am scared to step on the scale AJsMommy so I feel your pain.There is nothing worse than staying OP
or close to OP and finding out you gained weight.I will bite the bullet and go weigh in this week.It sucks that I only get 2 good weeks in a month for weigh in.The other 2 are tied upp in pms and the main event.

So far staying on plan.I am supposed to weigh in tomorrow but am dreading it because I gained weight again.I just don't get it.
Workout was good though I am major sore from yesterday:
pilates 60 min.
cardio arc trainer 20 min
raquetball 60min

This morning I was back down to 196.4.
I didn't go to WI today though, I think I need to switch my WI days to a night meeting. I get Wed. off work and I just need a day to myself, getting up and going to the meeting at 9am, is kicking my butt. I might go at lunch tomorrow if I can get away, otherwise next week.

My friend, who goes w/me called and she is doing her 6 weeks of maintenance now...she is trying to eat only 10pts of non-core food a day to help her stay at goal...she notices she eats alot more snacky type foods than what we should. I told her I'd try to....obviously from looking at my day..that will start tomorow :)

3:00pm 4 sugar free girl scout cookies 3pts
4:00 4 dove bites 4pts
7:00 chicken bacon ranch wrap from subway 9.5/chips 6pts

30.5 out of 26...I did work out, so I'm only over by 2.5pts...BUt..where is my oil/fruits/veggies and milk??

*I was almost too ashamed to post this, lol...I know I was w/in pts...but, c'mon, it wasn't healthy at all!*

Nah AJsMommy,it is good that you posted it.You want to be accountable and it gives you a chance to ask those important questions.Which you did,no mil,veggies or oil.Hey I bet there was some milk in that icecream.I find the only way I can stay remotely on track is to plan out what the meals are going to be well in advance.I am currently working on a one moth menu plan.Trying new ww recipes to see if the family will eat them etc.When they like it i add it to my list.Once I get 30 I will make a menu.I eat the same breakkie everyday,so that just leaves lunch.I make a huge pot of soup or chilli and freeze in one cup containers.Add a sandwich or salad that takes care of lunch.Maybe some of these ideas will work for you.I screw up plenty,pretty much everyday I eat something I shouldn't.Don't be too hard on yourself,start fresh the next day.

Overslept so didn't make weigh in,not too sad about that...I am up .6 but I am calm about that because a few days ago I was up 4 pounds.Stupid TOM.I am confident that if I behave next week I will drop a couple pounds, maybe even get back to free status.I don't think there is a spot on me that isn't sore today.
Here is the plan for today:

Hi gals. I am having a hard time still. Pretty much a given when you don't see me on here. I have been thinking I'm so hungry. I have been overeating. Used to be if I didn't track points at least I would only eat small amounts (til I was just satisfied). You know, the way it is supposed to be done. Have had NO CONTROL the past two weeks. :( Here's the kicker. I leave for a two and a half week vacation a week from tomorrow. Sink or swim time. I am either gonna really ruin it or get back in control. Let's hope for the latter. Will try my hardest to get in the right mind set tomorrow and track again. I really hope you all hear from me. That would only be a good thing. Besides, it's nice just to "talk" with you all anyway. :D Have a good one.
