Smile Weigh in today!!

Hi everyone, I made it to my meeting today, after one crazy week!!! Started out on prednisone as I couldn't breath from my asthma and then mid week ended up with a nasty stomach bug..........and then 2 days of not really eating much of anything, and trying not to go into starvation mode where my body holds onto everything, lol.............anyway, I had a 2.4lb loss...so I am within 4lbs of my sweetheart challenge...........looking good, think I can make it!!! Congrats to all you other losers out there!!!! I am glad there are some other Saturday weighers here, it makes it fun to have buddies!!!

Marion, hope you feel better real soon.
Tuesday is my regular weigh-in day, but I didn't get there. I've had the flu since Sunday night. I had to get out of the house today to see the doctor, so I went by Weight Watchers and weighed in at 208 lbs. It's been about 15 years since I've weighed 2-0-anything. I'm now 1 lb. away from my sweetheart goal of 207. Next Tuesday's weigh-in will tell. I'm ready for another challenge.

Well I am getting close to my goal for V-day but don't think I'll quite get there....Thats ok though..I know I lose really slow...

here i am at 216, for an 8 lbs total loss. I wanted it to be 5, then after that, was gunning for 214. it's a happy medium, i guess.

Unhappy Stayed the same

Hi guys.............well I went to WW and weighed in and basically stayed at a 12lb loss, i went up .4...........I don't know why but I kind of expected it.......not that i went way over points or anything........just I didnt track quite as well as I had been, and some of it was getting over that stomach thing, I was having a hard time drinking even some of the water.....and the other thing that is looming over it all, is that I haven't had my TOM since I started WW, and its day 28 of WW........my TOM is all messed up now anyway, I think I must be premenopause.............who knows............but overall I am actually very excited.........I was given a recumbant bike today and plan to exercise every day!! That should kick me right over my valentines goal, though I will be weighing in a few days after..........wish me luck, and talk to you all soon!!!

Hi, everyone. I weighed in today and passed my Sweetheart Challenge goal weight of 207 by 0.8. How is everyone else doing?

Dcapulet you are doing awesome too!!!

I am going to have my official weigh in for the sweetheart challenge on Saturday......I can't wait actually.....I feel like I am having a great week........I have been on program every day, have exercised everyday 60 minutes for 3 days and 30 minutes for the other day.....hopefully another 60 minutes today as its a snow day and I'm off, Yeah me!!!! And my every lovely TOM came last Sunday (hence the .4 gain last Sat) and will be done by this Sat..........so think things should go well...........Happy sweetheart day to all of you!!!

I surpassed my Sweetheart goal!!! My goal was 17 lbs and when I went to WW this morning for weigh in, I have lost 18.6!!!! I am so happy!

I'm ready for the next challenge

You go girl....Congrats on reaching your goal, it is such a good feeling.........I too reached my goal today, I am so excited!!!! I lost 3.8 for a total loss of 16 yipeee!!!!!! My next goal is a st. paddys day/birthday goal to hit my 10% I figure thats a good birthday present for myself.........well its off to get my exercise in for the day..........I am so proud of myself, this past week I exercised a total of 335 minutes riding my recumbant bike..........

Marion!! Thanks for the congrats and a big congratulations to you!! That is a great weightloss for one week. You are on a wonderful start to your 10% goal. I was so thrilled when I made my 10%. I think it was then that I really started noticing a huge difference in the way my clothes fit and the way I felt.

I too am up for a St patties day challenge. No one has posted anything yet. We need to get something going
