Congrats to everyone. I thought I was having a good week- ate well and exercised. I ended up gaining 1.4 lbs. Blah. This week I have to make better effort to drink my water. Arg!!! Have a great week everyone!
Keep up the awesome work, everyone! TOM came for a visit this morning, so hopefully it's far enough ahead of my Saturday weigh in and won't cause me trouble. The last two months in a row it was the night before.....can we say WATER RETENTION????? Ugh!
I couldn't weigh in last week because of an ice storm, so was thrilled when I had a 4 pound loss today! I only have 1.6 more pounds to go to make my challenge.
Weighed in yesterday morning on my way out of town, just back to post! Down only .2 lbs. this week, but that's ok! TOM is rearing it's ugly head again (I swear if feels like it's every other week, LOL) and I've not been eating the best. Points have been fine and on track, but haven't been getting enough milk and veggies into my body for a week or so. Time to get back on track with the correct foods, and not just the points!
I'm not sure I'll make goal, but I lost another 1.5 lbs after WI yesterday, for a total of 6 lbs. I'm starting to feel a difference in my clothes, so I'm excited!! YEAH!!!!
YEAH!! I made my sweetheart goal of 12 lbs!! I weighed in this morning at 219.6. So nice to see the 220's gone forever!! So since there is some time left until Valentines Day I revamped my goal and have made it 17 lbs. Which would mean I have 4.6 more to go. I'm really hoping I can do this. I bought some Gap jeans on ebay last week that are still a little tight, but would love to be in them by Valentines. I've never owned a pair of Gap anything!!!
Wow.. Regina congrats on reaching your 1st V-Day goal!!! You can do it... you know you can and we know!!! Gap jeans sounds like a great reward item!! Now I need to think of something for me when I get out of the 220's... Not to much longer..

I weighed in again this morning (after doing it just on Thurs too lol), and yet, another 1lb loss!!!!!!! That puts me at 8lbs loss since I started on Jan. 2nd, and of course 8lbs out of the 10 I gave myself for V-Day!!!! I think that's not to bad... . Hopefully I can up my goal tho soon just like Regina... .
Great job on the losses everyone! Keep it up and you'll be at your goal in no time!
Weigh in this morning and I'm down 2 pounds....YIPPEE!!! I know I won't hit my Valentines goal, but that's ok, just so I keep moving in the right direction!
