Okay I started back at WW on the 13th and so far so good........looking for all the positive thoughts I can get..........so my challenge is to lose another 6 lbs before sweetheart day!!

It's been so hard to find time to jump on the computer.. I have decided that I love going to the gym, well... not so much going to the gym, but the benefits of going, I have lost 7lbs in the last 2 weeks. My weight loss was just starting to slow down until I started going I think my body must be in shock. I hope everyone is doing great!

I am 1lb away from my 10lb goal I set for myself!!!!!!!!! TOM is due for me any day now tho, so I will stay on plan but won't weigh myself and count it til after she's gone completely!!!

let's see. i'm going to shoot for a 5 pound loss between now and Valentine's Day. not much I know, but i know that if i try for more, i'll end up disappointed and throw in the towel all together!

JenR, a 5 pound goal is nothing to sneeze at...have you picked up a 5 pound sack of potatos lately? It's heavier than you realize!

Gremlina, you're doing fine! A 2 pound loss is better than a 2 pound gain any day of the week! Keep working at it, you can do it! Hey, I just noticed, you are half way to your overall goal.....this is so within your reach!!!!

I REACHED MY SWEETHEART GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm now down 10lbs... Actually the scale this morning shocked me ENTIRELY!! I was expecting some gain since TOM is due for me any day and is actually late..lol. But to my surprise it kept flucuating between 10 lbs loss and 11 lbs loss, I decided to go with the lesser just in case and waaa-laaah!!!!!! Down 10lbs!!! I'm still SO amazed at myself that I did this stuck to it!!!! 29 days it took me... and I'm SO thrilled!!!!!!

i agree, a 2 lb loss is better than a gain for sure! keep working hard and you'll see a loss!!! don't give up!

Weighed in this morning at 1.8 pound loss!! I was so happy with that. I never know what to expect as the WW scale at meetings is so different than my home one. Today though it was right on!

I have now lost 14.2 pounds with the sweetheart challenge. Almost there to my goal of 17 lbs!

We are going to my parents house for a week so my son can spend some quality time with grandma and grandpa. That is always a challenge!! I will either eat way too much, or nothing since it will all be too fattening. Wish me luck and skinny vibes to everyone!!

Good luck, Regina, you can do it!! Take some healthy alternatives with you, like the 94% FF microwave popcorn or some healthy snack bars. Have one of those when the rest of the family is having a fattening treat! And congratulations on this week's weigh in!

Hi, everyone. It's so good to be back here. My computer was down for a couple of weeks, so I have not had a chance to check in. I'm down to 210.6 lbs. now, 3.6 lbs. away from my Sweetheart Challenge goal of 207. Looks like everyone is really up for the challenge, ooh bad word choice, shall I say down for the challenge. Keep up the good work!
