It's all right ... it's all right ... it only hurts when I breath ....
Now I've got Melissa Etheridge stuck in my head and I don't even like her! Thanks Jenfrus!

Lower body for me today ... mixed in with desk clerking which is waaay to sitting-stillish for me.

Good morning! The Lower Limb class was good. Cardio plus some slow exercises with physios all over the place and a different crowd of gymn-goers. It makes a nice change and I'm going to go every Friday morning. I see a retracked patella in my future plus some lovely strong muscles I didn't even know existed.

Rabbit - take it very easy when you do get back to it. Your flu may be waiting in the wings to get you again. All that stuff waiting for you can wait a bit longer. Good going on unblocking the sink.

(Um, what does BTDT mean?)

Get back to it, Thanksgivingers!

Hi Fru, Hi silverbirch,

Yep - Been There, Done That.

Silverbirch, I'll happily take your advice. It seems like the perfect excuse to curl up with a puzzle & book before DD comes home and we continue the quest for a new guineapig...old Hamtaro has a tumor, has already been operated on once, and she wants him to meet the new young 'un before he goes off to the great guineapigs green meadows. Luckily he can continue to figure in the stories she insists on every morning.

I have finished my sinterklaas shopping (he is on december 5th, but we celebrate the weekend after) so I can rest now, and leave the house a mess. The mess will wait for me patiently I fear.

Have a great day,
Rabbit

Hi all

I wanted to stop in for a quick check in. I have tons of e-mail to go through. I don't have any pictures from the wedding yet but the wedding went well. I got so flustered on the wedding day, I forgot to pull my own camera out so I'll be depending on others for pictures as well as the photographer. After the wedding, I felt a bit overwhelmed and I was glad we got a chance to get away for a few days. DH (woah) and I got back last night from Baltimore. It was fun but a little chilly, especially on Wednesday. We walked a lot and we ate a lot and I'm afraid to see what the scale says. Last night, we went to Medieval Times which was cheesy but fun. DH wants to go back again, uh oh what did I do?

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Like Frus, I'm still trying to wake up as the last few days have been staying up late and waking up late.

Well, hello, Mrs. Nelie!! Yes, referring to your husband for the first time is a shock, as is going to a waiting room and being called Mrs. X for the first time. I sat thru it until I was nudged by dh, lol! Welcome back - we missed you! Sorry to hear of the cold weather, bad time for the Noreaster to move in on you. It was too cold in Orlando too, but sunny at least.
