Are you taking inches measurements of yourself along your journey? That should tell you whether you really are stuck, or adding muscle and losing fat. I don't have pics that I want to post publically, but when I started lifting to failure instead of just running around like a hamster, my weight was 135 and I wore a size 8. I'm now 138 (up about 3 pounds from where I'm comfortable

) but wearing a tight size 4 or comfy size six. When I'm back at 134-135, The 4's fit me fine.
