They are all my favs actually! But my one favorite lately is the seated one arm row... With a light weight I rep out on this one... I like to feel the fat on my back squish under my bra stap... I know, I know, sounds weird, ... but this give me the feeling that I'm working that spot where fat seems to accumulate....

TTFN ....

Oh, and PS.... Congrats on that weight loss!! Keep posting and keep up the great work...

Ok.... now TTFN ....

Hmmm, last week it was the t-bar row, just because.
Most other lifters except the big guys ignore it or haven't the faintest idea how to do it, so I love it.
I also like seated one-arm rows on the hammer strength machines, like Ilene. Pre-surgery, my favorite was pull-ups, just because I could but now I can't

Today was back day and here's what I did (I like them all):

Lat pulldowns
DB pullovers
Seated cable rows
BB bent over rows
Pullups (with assistance)

I like the T bar row too, Mel, and I've NEVER seen another woman use it at our gym (so of course you know what I'm doing ... ) I saw a new exercise (to me) in a magazine that's using the cables with the rope attachment and an incline bench ... I'll have to puzzle that one out when the gym's not too crowded.

I had to look up the t-bar row and we have one at our gym and I've been eyeing it and almost did it last week but someone was using it when I thought about it and then at the end of my workout I was too beat to go back to it.

My favorite machine (and I had to look up the name) is the high row machine. The only reason is it is the upper body machine that I can use the most weight with so it makes me happy. I did 65 lbs on each side the other day.

I absolutley love to train my back and I like em all, so I would have to choose the excersises I 'think' do the most.
I would say BB rowes do a decent job of trashing my back and I also like to train on the Hammer Strength Iso Rowe. I sometimes do 1 arm at a time and sometimes both.
I like to do pull-ups just cuz their cool!
I always do excersises to train upper, mid and lower back on back day but those are probably my fav's...
XOXO
