Well done for starting up No 16 Veggie - you know I'm rubbish at all that 'click here' shinanigins!!!! (Wow 16!!)

Well I went to WW last night and had lost only half a pound (my scales say 1lb) but she did a really motivational talk - I've decided to start filling in my tracker again as I had stopped doing it a week or so ago - why is it we get complacent after a couple of weeks of starting a new regime??

I've woken up this morning with a runny nose and stiff neck, it was only yesterday I told my husband to stop being a wimp and that it was all mind over matter and if he told himself that he hadn't got a cold then he wouldn't get one - DOH!!!

Better go and get Sprog #2 dressed, she's dancing around the kitchen starkers!

I weighed myself yesterday at Boots and I have put on 2lb, could have been worse with all the junk I have been eating

Veggie, you had me all confused there, clicked on the link expecting to see the usual first post, ~anybody got any thing cheerful to post~ from yourself. But it was all different. I had to close down and go back in to make sure I was in the right post.

I am easy confused, it has to be said !!

Had a horrible day at work. We rebuilt all the PCs recently and lost the software from the presentation kit which lets the remote mouse work - hope you are still with me. I've only be on that site for 5 weeks and counting - and there are hundreds of CDs and diskettes but I looked through them all, could I find the one I wanted - nope. Tried to download the drivers from the net - no chance, site closed down. Then somehow found a site with an old link which told me what file I was looking for then had to trawl the net and find the file and then figure out to install and configure it.

Made for a stressful afternoon. But hey I'm home now with my diet coke and a slice of toast. Am definately living the high life these days

Off to fill my freezer with goodies for 3 little fellas. My SIL in watching the kids in my house tomorrow and there is nothing there for their lunch or for them to drink.

By the way - eating has been really good again today and I got a walk in at lunchtime in the freezing cold. What happened to autumn. Think we have jumped straight into winter

We're are getting broadband installed tomorrow. My SIL is house and kid sitting, Ray has left her with a great list of things the guy is to do. Poor Kirsty isn't very computer literate and the whole list is double dutch to her.

Have heard of people having problem with Networks. Yes we are geeks we have a network in the house. All the computers are linked together to shae data and share facilties, printer, scanner - when it works. Ray is a bit worried about our current network card, he just wants the guy to use ours and leave the one they want to install with us. Me thinks things would run much smoother if Ray could get the day off.

Sorry have taken my anorak off now.

I need to go see how many points I have left for today. I brought some ready brek for breakfast. Was looking for that oatssosimple or whatever it is called, but the co-op didn't have any so good old ready brek it is.

Also brought some oatcakes and they are shouting my name from the kitchen. I can already taste them with some cottage cheese and cucumber.

hi smiling sal....I got to thinking about brekfast and I remembered that I found some muller light rice pudding in single pots that you heat in the micro and it is everybit as good as redybrek and not too calorific! Well I liked it.....and Holly liked licking the pot out, but I don't suppose that's too much of a recommendation?

I like these lightbulbs...getting the hang of it all now (I hope)
sleep well and bundle up... is is snowing in Scotland yet?

from Teel, STILL 12st3lbs....

Hi all

Just been to feed the rabbit (in shed) and came face to face with a mouse - I nearly screamed it was such a shock, came out of their rather sharpish - really wierd how it scared me when I had a pet rat for 2 years!!

TQ - what a lovely surprise for your mum, have a fabby time!

I've just got back from the gym - couldn't do as much as I would have liked with this cold - but at least I went. I'm absolutely starving and sitting here thinking about what I can eat - you'll notice I'm not one of those people who doesn't eat when they get ill...

Teel - Sprog #2 is always starkers - she's just turned 3 and doesn't like clothes!!!

We've got broadband we had it installed last month and I'm well impressed but as most people here will tell you I'm a complete technophobe (I think Veggie despairs of me)!!

Oh heaven's its Friday - I can feel the greedy demons coming...

Can you tell Teel is one happy bunny yet?

I got on the hospital scales today and they said....75.8KG...OR 11ST 13LB if, like me you still function in good old English weights and measures....It has taken SOOOOOO long but at last I feel as if the eternal struggle (no,not the eternal flame) is actually worth it.
Suffolk is basking in sunshine today although it is cold in the wind, and Holly is aslleep after her walk and there is an air of contentment in the Teel household.....for now, at any rate,!

So bravely writing the stats...(who was it who said"there are lies, damned lies and statistics!?"

s\w 13st 3lb
interim target 11st 10lbs

c\w 11st 13lb

love to you all and stay
from a happy happy happy ...(oh I DO go on) Teel

Well done Teel. It's great when the scales go down, especially when they move down into a new stone. I am really looking forward to getting into the 15 stones something over the few weeks.

Deleany - how did the evening go. Did you succumb to the munchies and eat the whole kitchen. Bet you didn't this only seems to happen to me. Whatever happened if you went over points, don't beat yourself up today. It isn't worth it. Just put it behind you and move on. Have a sneaky feeling though you kept it all under control.

I had a couple of friends round last night and we drank far too much wine. I haven't been drinking as much recently. Last night will need to be my alcohol night for this weekend. I woke up this morning with my pulse racing, an after effect of all that booze. Not good for my body. Need to remember the way I felt when (notice not if) I am tempted tonight.

Also eat loads of crisps and just a little dip but had a bounty too.

I had previously decided to allow myself one off program evening a week, so I guess last night was it. Back to the plan this morning.

It is Stevens birthday tomorrow and I don't have a thing organised - so I need to bribe someone to look after him so I can go shopping as Ray is working. Trust a man to blow all my plans.

Tomorrow will be difficult. I need to make some party food for the kids. I could live on those mini sausages - not good for my waist line though. Will need to work out the points on them. That might frighten me enough to just having one or two, instead of hundreds.

Can take Steve food shopping with me. Might drag then into Tescos and if I see any thing in there he really likes I can run back later and get it - I feel a plan coming together. May not need that babysitter after all. I really have no idea what to get him. All he does is play on his bike and with computer games and occasionally his action men. 5 year olds are supposed to be easy to buy for ..... Think I will get him the Monster Inc DVD, so that really just leaves a toy - hopefully tescos will have something that he really wants. If not it'll be back to plan A - if my two ever wake up and we can get the day started that is .......

Oh dear oh dear oh dear.

Let just say I am writing today off to experience !!!!

If anyone find a magic wand lying about or a genie, can I borrow them to wish away this weight.

Tomorrow is another day
