Hi Robin. I'm in Iowa so I'm a semi-neighbor.

I don't personally do Cathe's cardio workouts, although I did order her newest Kick, Punch and Crunch, because I love kickboxing. but mostly I do her strength workouts. But she IS considered to an be advanced in all of her workouts, both cardio and strength. If you're achy a bit, you may want to look for something else.

Hi Mindi

This is a belated but heartfelt thank you. I have been immersed in the video website for the last three days. It's terrific. Getting ready to do a little ordering this afternoon.

Thanks again!

G'morning Mindi.

It's funny how life works. After you and I exchanged the original posts, I ordered several Gaiam VCR tapes on yoga. They were on sale, and I bought 6 or 8 of them. Then the holidays overtook me, and I figured I'd follow up with other tapes in January.

Well, Santa brought me a new DVD player for my exercise room. Santa had been pretty surprised to see all those VCR tapes arrive, but he didn't want to spoil his surprise, so he didn't say anything. If he had, I would have exchanged them, but I opened them all to make sure they tracked. They do.

But then I decided that my schedule was not conducive to lifting at home, as much as I like to lift at home. Soooooooooo .... to make a long story short, I rejoined the gym at the university, which is across the street from my office. I will do my cardio at home and lift at the gym most days. If this works, I'm not going to buy any exercise tapes/DVDs for now. Whodda thunk it.

Ain't life grand

rrg

you'll be baaack. LOL Meaning you may have a day or evening when using one of your yoga tapes will feel wonderful! Anyway, congrats on rejoining the gym and getting your new DVD player!

Truth to tell, I'm a great one for having LOTS of options. Lessens the excuses, if you know what I mean, and means I can always be doing SOMETHING.
