Alena: Thanks for the stretch tip. I'll be certain to give it a try. I know that damage is done when we take those first steps from the bed. I've been rolling it before I step on the floor. I hate that though. It's like having to do a workout the moment I'm conscious. I also put my running shoes on right away too. I haven't had custom orthotics made for it but did try Scholls arch supports which helped a little. I just need to give it a rest and watch the cardio choices at the gym. Damn jump ropes....get me every time but they are so convenient in between super sets while lifting. I know. I know. I'll put it away....

The Superstar production is awesome. Glad you got to enjoy it. I think I saw it about three times while I was in college. DH's parents purchased season tickets to the Broadway series productions for several years for the family and included me in their seats. Loved every single show. Will Rogers Follies was one of my favorites.

I'm closing in on finding a house. Or at least I think I am. DH isn't so certain. One just posted today that I really loved. Everything I've been holding out for. DH has concerns because it's on a pipestem. Anyone familiar with this arrangement? Pipestem where several houses feed off of a long drive way from a court. The house we are looking at is near the top of the pipestem but there are two others that are further up. If any of you are familiar with this kind of arrangement and it is a bad inconvenience please speak up! This is a new thing for us. Everything in central Ohio is flat...we don't have to drive up to a flat area to put a few houses....

Alena - I got the silver dress. I'll definitely get some pics up soon...

I love Jesus Christ Superstar - I saw it an Atlanta with Sebastian Bach as Jesus, have seen it several other times as well.

Lydia - I haven't lived on a pipestem, but I have family who do. I've never noticed them having any trouble with it, though I guess it depends on how much coming and going the people above you do. And if they have loud cars or motorcycles...

I am feeling really good today, even with the running around stress that comes with health plan renewal + three day vacation next week... My weight is down, my waist/abdomen/hip measurements are down, my food is good, my exercise has been solid, my arms are looking defined, my clothes all fit to are a little loose. I'm in a happy place. I swear it is the yoga I've been doing every morning. I haven't changed anything else - still doing the same stumtuous.com 3 Day FB workout, still running and biking the same amounts I was before. The only change is the yoga. I am getting up about an hour earlier, but I feel more energized all day, have been able to stay up later and have had more solid workouts. I'm loving myself right now. Who knows if I'll be saying that after a three day vacay in the mountains next week or not where I don't watch what I eat as closely, but we'll see!

Good day everyone! And good week next week if I don't make it back in before I leave on Sunday!
