Yes, it's just a cold. A bad one. My dd had it last week and shared it with me. Unfor, mine is lasting longer and is worse, which the doc once told me is the way that it goes from children to parents. They are resting while we take care of them and miss our own sleep, so that when the bug infests in us, we are already overtired and low on sleep so we get it worse. Nice system, huh?

"I've turned my craft room into a weights room" is a great slogan for a t-shirt. I also think it's directly proportional to the spread of our hips when you consider the sitting down effect of crafting and the moving effect of weights. Just a theory.

Nope, it's DH's shop that holds our exercise equipment! I'd never give up my quilting/craft room .....

Way to go on the numbers, ladies! I've actually gotten sidetracked into Crossfit this past month, and that will be my main workout in March, since I'm taking a class there. I'm keeping the eating OP, though, every day, and have gotten in a workout every day in Feb so far. In March, I'm planning to reinstitute the rest days, though, because working out daily is a bit much for me yet. I don't think I'll be able to work in the BFL sets or my usual upper/lower split, with the class I'm taking, but I'll still be working and lifting, just in a slightly different way, so I'll report in and let you know how it's going. Since the start of this challenge, I've only maybe lost a pound, but I'm feeling good, and got out of the 180s, where I was stuck for so long!

Fran, thanks for the video in the other thread. I'll be sure to curse your name when I have to do that workout for the first time, lol! I'd be happy if I could get ONE pullup!

I took a look at my cals today, and they're too low. No wonder I only lost a pound this month! Not enough cals for the workouts I was doing. Wondered why I was so wiped lately, lol. Didn't realize I'd eliminated so many cals by dropping little things like condiments/dressings on some foods, so my cals were down to 1300. Gonna add in some more lean protein and veggies, see if that improves things. I don't care so much about speedy weight loss, but could use some freakin' energy for my workouts!
