hey there darlin... glad to see you.

and i forgot to post my exercise for the past couple of days... snow shoveling yesterday and today. AND a 2-mile walk [about 40 minutes] with la dog!!!

contemplating the gym this weekend.. gotta get back to the weights now that i can finally breathe.

and i wanted to take a walk last night after the dentist, but i was wiped out afterwards. it seems that even after 6 shots of novocaine, the tooth he was working on just wouldn't get numb.. the rest of my mouth did, but not that one tooth.. it hurts!!!!!!!

shhhhhh, I'm tip-toeing in the door. Maybe if I'm really quiet and do a quick hit-and-run, our caring moderator won't notice how rarely I'm here, or even better, maybe she'll just think I've been here all along and she just hadn't noticed.
I was glad to be able to do my usual two hour walk today; the streets were finally dry. I'd like to say that I worked out by shoveling snow the last couple of days but I let the sun do that job for me.

Jiffy, that's a major OUCH! You know, the last couple of times I had work done, I had to ask my dentist if there was any possibility that the company who makes novocaine screwed up the formula. I felt everything! That is definitely draining and you should get points for INTENDING to go for a walk!

Way to go Pookie, your post op condition will be so improved with all the prep you're doing now!

Barb, I'm with mom: if you injure yourself while working out, you'll be out of commission much longer than if you wait until you are well.

DB, flirting has GOT to be at least as good as the stationary bike! Double exercise points for you!

Peachie, "body craft"...I LIKE it, see above. Actually, the thought of you taking the tape OFF is making MY stomach muscles contract; extra exercise points for me too!

you're so cute still!!! and i gotta tell you that the moderator doesn't always have her glasses on when she reads the postsk, but that doesn't mean she's BLIND>>. i KNOW where you haven't been posting!!!!

major congrats on the walk!!!!

today, i actually got into the gym!!! did everything... i've lost some strength in my upper body over the past couple of weeks, but not in my lower body. no big deal... just a little lost ground. <didja notice how calmly i typed this?? it's NOT really what i'm feeling, but i'm trying to TRUST here. that trainer is going to get an EARFUL on tuesday!!!! poor guy. oh well.. he'll get over it... that's what he's there for!!!!>
