Yet another newbie!

I'm seventeen and I've been overweight pretty much my entire life but I've kind of progressed from "chubby" to "fat" over the past three or four years and I've decided that I want to do something about it now while I'm still young. Right now the goal I have in mind is 150, but depending on how I look once I get there, I may aim for 130 or 125.

Hi all...You came to the right place. I've been here since March, and I don't know exactly "how" it works either, but it DOES.

I think it is like a cult....they brainwash you into coming here every day and talking about losing weight. As soon as you log on to this site the first time, I think they put something in your water system so you MUST COME BACK..you MUST!

It's working for me and if it works for me, it will work for ANYBODY.
