  • Hi Everyone!! I just started day 1 phase 1 of the fat smash diet. I am really excited. I decided to do this one to be healthier and two because i am getting married in 6 weeks and i really want to lose weight before then. I am really motivated! I hope it lasts!

    Congrats on getting married. I have been married for 2.5 years now. I love being married. We are still in our honeymoon stage!!!

  • Hey all! I just started today!! We need to keep each other motivated!! I am going to Florida for a family runion in mid july, I gotta be able to get in a bathing suit and not feel like burring myself in the sand!!
  • Day 4 of P1...and still going strong
    This is the best diet I think I've ever been on. I honestly have not felt a single hunger pain. So far, my favorite thing to eat is the four egg whites scrambled with a little bit of salsa added for flavor.

    Wow, I'm going to Florida in July for a family reunion type thing.
    Fat Smash is a great diet in my opinion. I've fallen off the wagon, but am back. We can all definitely support each other.
  • Hey you guys I just started it today and I am so full! It's 1000 am and I already ate twice! I also woke eup at 446 (YES 446 I NEED THAT EXTRA MINUETE!) and I did a SELF workout DVD. I have never been more moticvvate din my life! I'm 21 and had a son 9 months ago. I still got some baby fat to get rid of, and I don't just want ot jump into getting a tummy tuck. I am 151 and want to get downw to 125-130. We really needd to motivate eachother!
  • I seem to be the only person on Fat Smash that gets hungry! I was famished all day yesterday and a bit light headed. Any advice?

    Drink more water, eat more veggies. I heard that if fyou drink a glass of water before you eat you wont finish your food dyou'll be so full.......but I guess that's not helpful in your case you are hungry in between meals. I'm not sure what to tell you. How about.....broccli (sp) steamed. that makes me full. And also don't eat just cause your stomach is growling. I heard that when your stomach growls that means your stomahce is eating off the fat that you have. So let that tummy growl! lol!

    Since we both started today we should be fat smash buddies! Think that as long as we stick to it we can do it! I am making gsure that exercise for three hours a day...........in case I cheat at dinner and eat a few cookies or something lol! I just turned 21 so the hardest part for me is not having my weekeend mudslide!
  • I am on day 1 of the fat smash diet.....I've been eating fruit,salads,etc...like it says....am I not eating enough??? I'm having my stomac growling all day...should I eat more or is it just my body's way of adjusting?? thanks

    I have been researching the diet and am planning on starting soon. I need to make sure my fridge is full of enough foods that I can eat or else it will be impossible. I love tips/recipees, so any would be appreciated! Good Luck to everyone.
