would dancing be counted as cardio i know traditional Native American dancing counts but does hiphop count?
eating hmmm i try to eat some of all the food group i need to work on veggies though other then that i just eat normal stuff but only when i'm really hungry or really full or unless i'm celabrating something (and superfreakinbowl is nothing to celabrate for me)
Dancing is fabulous especially because it's fun. If you can work up a sweat several times a week, you're heading in the right direction.
Protein, vegetables, fruit and oatmeal! The big four!
